“I first time user and will definitely use again. I got email confirmation, then email to show picture of them next day, something I've ne er had before, you always wonder hoe the 'real thong' will look and recipient is unlikely to say they weren't great! Also got email saying they were delivered and picture of that too. Thank you for keeping me in loop. Whole process was seemless 🙏”

“Very pleased with your driver - he rang me to find out the exact location for the delivery, so I rang the lady to warn her he was about to turn up at the door and she did answer the phone (which was unexpected), and while we were talking her carer arrived with the flowers!!!! My friend was absolutely delighted with the bouquet and she said the flowers were her favourite colour.”
