“EMMA loved her beautiful flowers I sent her for her birthday, this is the 3rd or 4th year Williamsons have sent gorgeous flowers. I'll definitely be sending them again next year.”

“I ordered flowers over the phone and found the representative very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for them to be delivered next day and my request was fulfilled. I was given a price range and decided on a £60 box. The florist emailed me a photo of the flowers and I was delighted with the quantity and quality. The recipient was also delighted. I was kept up to speed with the tracking app and knew exactly when the flowers arrived. I cannot fault this service or the process of ordering. Much better than using a central booking service.”

“Recently ordered 250 roses for an event, the customer service was fantastic throughout. Andrew was extremely helpful, answered all our queries. We were kept informed at each stage of the delivery process. Everything from the initial enquiry, to payment, to delivery was flawless.
