“After referencing the website, I placed an order for a deluxe bouquet of flowers for my mothers 90th birthday, (bearing in mind the stock photograph used on the website looked very impressive). I was utterly disappointed with what was passed to me for £75.00, it was no better than a £25.00 bouquet of flowers from Marks & Spencer, in fact I would have been better buying 2 bunches of flowers from M&S and making up the bouquet myself. To cap it all they got my name wrong, never again.”

“I've used Williamson's My Florist on two occasions in the last couple of months. Both orders were same day deliveries, and both were delivered within a couple of hours of the orders being placed. The recipient was delighted with the arrangements. Auto communication was excellent too, with regular updates being provided along with photographs of the deliveries before they were made. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“First order was totally different to what was in the brochure so replacement given but not quite right the second time around either , overpriced for the amount of flowers you receive, brochure shows completely different photos of what is received”
