“They always deliver on time and if there’s a problem they contact me even though I’m in Australia. This year the Christmas bouquet my mum received weren’t quite as pictured on the website, so I was a little disappointed, however she was happy with them.”

“We live in Canada and use Williamson’s for sending flowers to one of our relatives . The service has been awesome and the quality of the flowers have been phenomenal. We like the fact we are sent messages letting us know the time of the delivery and when it’s delivered and the name of the Driver. Excellent service !”

“My sister was thrilled with the arrival of the lavish Christmas wreath. It was very large and made her flat smell great everywhere she was! She also liked the flowers. The arrangement and choice of flowers was lovely. Thank you so much. The deliveries were also prompt and handled politely. Marcia”

“I live in the US but have family in Edinburgh, so want a reliable florist to deliver for special occasions and have used Williamson's several times. I don't think the on-line system is very good. It doesn't remember addresses for people I've sent to. It also sends you to some other place for payment. Not very user friendly. But they've always delivered the right product at the right time, so I continue to choose them as a supplier.”

Whilst of little comfort to yourself at this time we have been discussing this functionality recently and intend to revisit (saving addresses was intentionally disabled). We also take on-board your comments regarding off-site payment.
