“I was disappointed with the size of the bouquet compared to the pictureonline. I had also asked for afternoon delivery and it was delivered at 8pm along with another bouquet that had been ordered from another family member, with no contact as to why it was put with that delivery. I would have at least expected a courtesy phone call to ask if it was ok to go along with the other delivery for that address. Not likely to order again!!”

“I received flowers 3 days before Christmas and they were beautiful, and I have still got them albeit they are nearly finished. I had also sent a relative flowers and she was very pleased with them. I have used you a few times in the past and would not hesitate to you use you again, and would certainly recommend you”

“Having ordered from a distance of 270 miles away I can only reflect the view of my sister ( the recipient) who was absolutely thrilled. Having spent time in the florist game some years ago after retiring I was happy with the costing involved. Overall a very happy customer !!”

“I was abroad so I decided to make a surprise for my grandfather on his 80th birthday while I was not there. I placed an order on your website and after that my grandfather gave me a call. He was absolutely happy, the flowers were gorgeous. It was the first time I ordered from Williamson and I will surely place my order next time.”

Hi Ann, thanks for highlighting your frustration with regards the address book. Whilst of little comfort to yourself at this time we have been discussing this functionality recently and intend to revisit (saving addresses was intentionally disabled). Your comments will certainly inform us during the decision process of whether to re-enable.

“Flexible. I like to talk to your florist and arrange flowers for my sister rather than select a formal arrangement. E.g. no lilies or bright red blooms! She finds delivery service excellent and cheerful.”

“Brilliant service from Williamson Design Florist 10 out of 10. I called with a late request, my ask was dealt with professionaly by a really helpfull and pleasant assisant. Flowers were deliverd on time the next morning and were beautiful. Thansk you for your help.”
