“At least once a year for many years now I order from London and have delivered flowers to my mother in Armadale (West Lothian). They are always delivered on time and being fresh keep well. The staff are always polite and eager to help me source an appropriate selection to suit the ocassion. The cost is always clearly set out so I can tailor my choice according to my budget.”

“Living in Canada with a sick mother in law at the Hospital I wanted to send her a nice basket of flowers with her favorite color. Your telephone manner was very nice and as you mention the floral arrangement was delivered the next day. She really liked it. So all in all I was very pleased with the service. A few days prior her sister from Australia used your services also.”

“A phone call to the Broughty Ferry branch was answered by a very friendly lady who was happy to assist me in ordering flowers to be delivered to an aunt who lives locally. Unfortunately my aunt missed delivery but after receiving an email to that effect, by the time I phoned to rearrange they had already done so.”

“Sadly for the first time I really was not satisfied but did not want to make a fuss. Usually ( last 8 years ) I order a very small wire posy of just the heads of 2 or 3 sea thistles ( 6 / 8 inches in height ) to push into the area in front of my sister’s graves. Instead I got a large bunch of 24 inch in height with 3 separate thistles. It was the Saturday before Christmas and the shop was busy and as I said I did not want to make a fuss and had to do the whole thing myself. I also bought an £18 red candle in a glass which was a real disaster- it spluttered from the first lighting and burnt down to half its size in 2 hours. Sorry but I was really disappointed Kate Howie”
