Wow, great picture! You must be looking forward to the World Championships being on your doorstep this year! A lot of our events take place in Liverpool as we have a dedicated studio space at our flagship store there. “I purchased a Hawke spotting scope online, when i opened it up it was damaged (these things happen) i rang the Carlisle store rather than head office to see how they could help. The only one available was in Preston i believe but they had it Sent to the Carlisle store 2 days later, they would not let me leave until i was happy with both the replacement and the service 😁, i was more than happy and even spent more money so big thumbs up to the Carlisle store for helping me out with great efficiency.... Job well done 👍”

“Initial telephone contact enquiry and information provided was quick and efficient. Ordering online was simple. I requested that dispatch be delayed to ensure I would be available to receive delivery. I had a return telephone call confirming my request. All seemed very efficient. A few days later, but before my requested dispatch date I had notification from the courier that my parcel was due for delivery the next day, some five days before my requested delivery date. I then managed to put the delivery on hold with the courier. When the item arrived it had been packed well and I am delighted with it and the price paid was very competitive. Overall a good experience save for a minor hiccup. I would recommend and purchase from Wilkinson Cameras again”

“On visiting your website I needed a bit of assistance and talked to a lady who was polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we couldn't do the purchase over the phone, so I ordered online which was very straight forward and I choose the two to three day delivery. FedEx text me to say delivery was going to be on the 15th, which I thought was very prompt. It didn't arrive and no text to explain. Received a second text on the 16th and did receive delivery. It didn't spoil the experience but, it would have been good if FedEx had sent a second text on the 15th. OK there was a tracking option but, these can be a little vague. All in all I'll use you guys again. And yes, the camera is fantastic.”
