Liverpool shop staff are very helpful. The items I wanted were not in stock though. I asked if I could place an online order with them. No, you can only order through the website. Seems a bit silly that they can't order from their own online shop to deliver to your home. Delivery arrived when expected.

I will look into why you weren't offered this service and ensure that the Liverpool store manager re-trains staff members, where required. Product was just as ordered and despatched very promptly. Ordered on the 6th and despatched same day However your delivery courier let you down with four times they cancelled delivery to me and one failed delivery when the driver did not read the big note on the door to leave with upstairs neighbour. I eventually got the product late in the evening of the 12th.

Very satisfied with the binoculars bought, rapid delivery time - only downside was delivery cost which seemed excessive at £19.95.

Excellent service. Ordered on a Monday delivered on Tuesday no problems at all. Only minor question was that the Sony RX10 mk3 that I ordered had been opened and wasn't sealed, but having said that there was no sign of it ever having been switched on.

This was my first purchase from Wilkinson Cameras Burnley. I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable, all my questions were answered satisfactorily. The lens I purchased was cheaper at Wilkinson Cameras than anywhere else. Would definitely buy from them again.

I am a little surprised to receive this in view of my email to you 18 Jan. I am on the whole happy with my dealings BUT am very disappointed with the spare battery I bought for£39 I wanted a spare Nikon but as you had none in stock I was assured by your staff that an Ansmann baterry was compatible. It WAS NOT& when attending one of your courses Andrew said it was the fault of Nikon & would become ok in the future if I kept checking for updates. Wilkinsons policy is that you would exchange the battery if I had all the original packaging. As I had difficulty getting the battery out of the blister pack I discarded it. I do have the backing card plus the receipt along with the battery which is not fit for purpose!! Whilst attending one of your courses I tried to use the "spare" battery &received a message that it was incompatible your staff photograped this message to pass on to??. 2 months on I still have a battery which is unfit for the purpose for which you sold it to me. Clearly I am very unhappy about this & my understanding of the Sale of Goods Act is that the person responsible for fitness for purpose is the Seller. As previously requested I am asking for a resolution to this problem. Jessie Pownall

With regards to your battery, if an item is not fit for purpose, which this battery clearly isn't, then you can by all means return it. I'm sorry that this option wasn't presented to you immediately and that the matter has dragged on for such a long time. If you wish to return the battery then please do so at your convenience.
