I have purchased two cameras from Wilkinson's in Liverpool. The first was in store and brand new and the second was online and pre-owned. On both occasions I was really pleased with the service received and the quality / packaging of my goods. I will no doubt make future purchases from Wilkinson's in the future.

Orderd a new Fujifilm x-S20 camera body on Friday afternoon on-line and received it on the folowing Tuesday as promised. A great price with the 'Spend and Save' promotion. Spoke with the customer care team who were very helpful. I've used my local store in Liverpool in the past who have always been helpful too. Looking forward to using this camera as a replacement for my Fujifilm XE-1.

I bought a ex demo lens which was great value and in great condition, the order was shipped the next working day and packaging was excellent so I can't fault Wilkinson on anything. FedEx however did let me down by not delivering on thier stated delivery day. Further investigation showed the item didn't leave their recieving warehouse until the day after they received the item as it should have. I wasted all day waiting for a delivery that was never going to happen because they did not update their headline tracking. I understand things can go wrong but with the sophistication of todays tracking systems throughout the supply chain there is no excuse for not updating the customer tracking information and communicating this to the customer. So well done Wilkinson (5 star service), FedEx - "needs improvement"

I made an order more than one week ago, and the same day l received an acknowledgement of that order and notification that it had been shipped with FedEx. Since then, l have received an email every day informing me that my package delivery had been impacted and delivery would be the next day. The same email every day for six days. I called Wilkinson Cameras on Friday and was told someone would check and call me back. I’m still waiting. I have called again this morning, twice, and noone picks up. I am extremely frustrated - this is a birthday gift for today! Not impressed at all.

I was a littkle nervous buying my first used binoculars but was reassured buying from Wilkinson. The binoculars are fabulous value for money and just as described. The parcel came very quickly and was securely packaged. I would definitely recommend.
