“Excellent service. Prices of camera equipment was competitive and complied with UK manufacture warranties. In my experience this can be a big plus if repairs are required. Goods were well packaged and delivery on time. Very pleased with the service.”

“I usually visit the nearby Wilkinson Cameras shop, but on this occasion I choose to order online. The lens and filter were delivered the next day thanks to a member of staff who stepped in to make the delivery that the courier was unable to do. The overall experIence was excellent the same as when I visit the shop.”

“I enquired about a camera yesterday and the response was efficient and extremely helpful. I was put in touch with Alex R and he made my experience effortless. This is the first time buying from Wilkinson's online so was a bit nervous about the experience but it has been exceptional. I really hope someone in the management team sees this review and gives Alex the credit he deserves.”

“Wilkinson Cameras is a renowned high street electronics company and the service from them has been nothing but perfect. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. The DJI Mic 2 Combo I bought from them is absolutely fantastic and is for documentation of my needs as a traditional field archer, but will also be used for family occasions like holidays, family get togethers, and for my own personal use when out in the field and woodlands when recording my journey as an archer.”

“I bought a Nikon 24 - 70 f2.8 S ii lens from Wilkinson Cameras to replace my version 1, the lens arrived the next day, very well packed and padded. And I saved £151 compared to buying from WEX Fab service from Wilkinson cameras. I will be sure to buy again from them. On another note, the version 2 of this lens is outstanding, I have never had a lens focus so quickly, quietly and accurately as this new lens does, really pleased with the purchase.”

“Had to take a camera back to Southport store as it wasn't what I wanted and they said there were marks but I couldn't see it. He made sure I wasn't going to get a full refund. Only tested it out. He was awful and gave no customer service and would never shop there again”

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. The partial refund has now been processed in accordance with your acceptance via email. In your recent communications, you suggest that a member of our staff prevented you from receiving a full refund. This is not an accurate reflection of what occurred. Throughout our interactions, we were transparent that the marks on the returned camera could affect the amount of any refund. As you will recall, when you visited our Southport store, the Store Manager personally showed you the marks on the camera body and, while you were still in the store, emailed you a photograph of them for your records. At that time, he also explained that he would need to discuss the matter with our website team on the following Monday, as that department was closed over the weekend. At no point were you assured that a full refund would be issued. Instead, we consistently advised that the condition of the returned camera would be assessed and that the visible marks could result in a deduction from the refund amount. Following a full assessment of the returned camera, it was confirmed that its condition did not meet the requirements set out in our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions. As a result, a deduction was applied to the refund in line with those policies. We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for; however, we are satisfied that the matter has been handled fairly, consistently, and in accordance with our published policies.
