“Good and easy on-line service and dispach. However the courier left 2 lenses by Parcelforce in a cardboard box labeled "Tinsel" on our patio. Surely expensive items should be "signed for". I don't think any attempt was made to find out if we were in (we were). For this reason I can't recommend your delivery service.”

“Contacted Wilkinsons by phone to enquire about availability of an Epson printer, and was informed not available in the shop but had to be ordered online as they were stored in the warehouse.I ordered online with next day delivery and arrived on time . Very pleased with the product and price, but would have been a bit miffed if I had travelled to the shop(60 mile round trip) to be told I had to order online. I think it would be advisable to make it clear on the web site if the product has to be ordered on line.”

“Wilkinson Cameras popped up on a google search for a particular Tamron Sony A-mount lens the supply of which was not forthcoming from another retailer who had sold me an expensive Sony A-mount body. I learned from Tamron that they had discontinued the Sony A-mount. Wilkinson were selling off at a bargain price the old version of the lens I was looking for. So with little option on the lens front I purchased from them. They took the trouble to contact me to ensure the Sony A-mount was correct for my camera body before dispatching and once confirmed the lens was delivered within 2 days. So, although my dealings with Wilkinson are limited to one transaction I'm very satisfied with their service.”
