“Camera arrived in perfect condition and they also offered the most competitive price even with the camera being brand new! Only reason I take one star of is due to the use of FedEx who are always a pain when trying to track your package.”

“The team called to apologise following the CrowdStrike issues as my delivery may be delayed due to potential issues with the delivery company, the website said 3 to 4 working days and I ordered Thursday with arrival on Monday. The camera was well packaged, arrived in plenty of time, the staff were very nice. The most expensive item I've bought, brilliant discount on the website (I've been looking about for the camera for a number of months and this was the best legitimate price with outgoing grey market) and a 3 year warranty.”

“My daughter was looking for the red Kodak camera, it was out of stock everywhere, I came across this site and put my email address in to be notified when it was back in. Not even a week later I got that email, I went straight on and ordered the camera and it was here within days, very good site, and fast delivery. Really can’t fault anything very satisfied”

“After months of looking for the sold out SX740 HS I finally found it on Wilkinson Cameras. Although used the condition was excellent and it arrived well packaged and protected. I’m so happy with it! Definitely a rare find”

“I had a great experience dealing with Wilkinson Cameras. Part of my transaction was a trade in of an older camera. Initially I categoriesed my old camera as "Excellent" and a price was agreed. To my surprise, Wilkinson Cameras upgraded my categorisation and offered me more. The new camera also came very quickly and I'm very happy with it. I can't reccommend them highly enough.”

“Stay well away ordered from this company never took delivery the parcel was left out side by the courier wasn’t there when we got home suppled the ring CCTV we had then they lied saying the delivery driver spoke to us over the fence saying the parcel was there no one was home as you can see on the CCTV don’t give them your custom on”

Hi Stephen, Your own CCTV footage, which you shared with us, and the shipping proof of delivery show that the parcel was successfully delivered to your house. We have asked repeatedly for you to share the footage showing the parcel being removed from your doorstep or to share the day's timeline from your Ring app to better understand how the parcel came to not be there when you returned home, but you keep ignoring our requests for this. We know your cameras are triggered by movement, as shown by the two videos of the parcel being delivered, and therefore are confident that you will have footage of what happened to the parcel. “I am more than happy to recommend buying from your company. I would however suggest you consider using another delivery service as Parcel Force left a lot to be desired. The lens I bought has already proved to be excellent for travel photography as it travelled the length and Breast of Gt Britain before being delivered to me. It went from your store to a depot in Preston. It then went to a depot in Liverpool and was due to be despatched but there was a problem apparently and it was sent to Coventry before being returned to Liverpool. And eventually being delivered on Tuesday 10 th July after having been originally purchased on Wednesday 3 rd July. It beggars belief. There are far better delivery companies available.”

From checking the status of the tracking it appears that the parcel has ended up at the incorrect depot and then to the main hub during transit however can see it did make its way you and within the standard delivery (3-4 working days) We hope you enjoy using your new equipment.
