“I had a few questions about my prospective purchase, a Sony RX10iv. I spoke to someone at Preston store on the phone. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The price was competitive, there was a three year warranty, which was a bonus. I have used the camera a couple of times now and am delighted with it, though it will take some time to get more familiar with it.
