“Wilkinson ( unlike many ) had all the items I required in stock, the order was placed, i was kept informed regarding delivery, the items arrived when they were expected to and everything was in good order. In my opinion that is as good a service as an online order for anything could be.”

“I pre-ordered a camera from though Wilkinson Cameras last month, and the service since has been nothing short of incredible. I was kept updated from the start with expected delivery timescales and how things work. All communication has been extremely timely and responses have been very clear and helpful. The camera arrived earlier than anticipated, so they contacted me straight away and the next day the camera was in my hands. Quick delivery, amazing customer service and quality products. Would 100% recommend.”

“I bought a used Fujifilm camera. It was delivered within 24 hours and in a better condition than I had expected for the grading. The camera was a better price, than other sellers. The inclusion of a 12 month warranty sealed the deal for me. I've had the camera for a week and it works perfectly.”

“I wanted a new pair of binoculars, and a friend recommended Hawke. Wilkinson were one of the online shops that came up as sellers, but what stood out for me was the online video guides they provide. Starting with the basics about what things like 8x42 actually mean, but then also reviewing the actual Hawke range (Alex the Marketing Manager), giving useful guidance and advice in an easy to understand way. That combined with a competive price convinced me to buy from them. The delivery did not take long, the goods were well packaged to protect them from the rigours of delivery companies. I really like the ones that I bought, although not having had them long I've not had too much time to use them. I'd certainly buy from WIlkinson's again. Good service and good advice.”

“Went in store (Chester) to look at the Canon R10 & Canon R100 along with a couple of lens options. I wasn't buying that day, but the lad in the shop was very helpful & knowledgeable, showing me all the options available & giving me lots of advice. A few days later I ordered the R10 & a 100-400 lens from Wilkinson Cameras online based on the info that I'd been given in store. Pay them a visit before you buy. UK based, no dodgy grey imports & worthless warranties.”

“I usually visit the nearby Wilkinson Cameras shop, but on this occasion I choose to order online. The lens and filter were delivered the next day thanks to a member of staff who stepped in to make the delivery that the courier was unable to do. The overall experIence was excellent the same as when I visit the shop.”
