“I had great service from Mark in the Chester branch who rapidly understood my needs and was able to demonstrate the pros and cons of the options I had. He had in stock for demonstration the cameras I was interested in and being able to get a feel of them made the decision much easier. I did not feel at all pressured to buy. Wilkinson's price was the best I could find and delivery was quick. I' pleased with the whole experience and wont hesitate to go back for more advice when needed. I had a little query after purchase and was able to ring up and get an answer very easily.”

“Very good honest advice. Nick at Kendal took time and effort to explain the ins and outs to a newbie, the most appropriate equipment for the intended uses. He was not high pressured, even advising us to have a cuppa and think it over. We ended up buying through their website with the confidence instilled at store. There was a limited amount of stock when we were ready to buy, the staff at Carlisle, Warrington and Preston all pitched in to make the purchase possible. So far they have demonstrated customer service beyond anything experience with other vendors.”

My order was well packaged and delivered the following day. The courier, DPD, gave me a one hour delivery window which allowed me to work my day around the delivery - much better than UPS who can't narrow the delivery down more than a day!”

“Well packaged and delivered fast, only disappointing fact was that it was delivered to my neighbours house, nobody signed for the parcel and there was nothing more I could do. When I saw ut was delivered to the wrong house i did click on issue with the parcel, and selected not my address, but absolutely nothing happened afterwards. I am extremely grateful I have great neighbours that contacted me and informed me they have my parcel a few hours after it was delivered, otherwise It didn’t looked like I had any way to getting to the bottom of this. I can’t fault Wilkinson for their fast dispatch and packed item, but maybe looking into a more reliable delivery service is something on the cards.”

Hello, Thank you for your positive review, I trust you will enjoy the equipment. Due to the nature of our parcel's we always request a signature for the consignee or at least the correct address. With some of our courrier's there is an option to change this for convenience, however there are times drivers decide to do this for their convenience. Next time you order we have a few delivery options and will be happy to accomodate one your prefer. Regards, Wilkinson cameras.
