Wilkinsons had a great range and quickly and efficiently dealt with my order. The new bag arrived within a few days, was well packed and exactly as described. Communication concerning delivery was useful and timely and not ovdrwhelming. I am very pleased with the bag and my purchasing experience as a whole. “Ordered 3 items on a Wednesday, Informed by a member of the team that 1 item (the most important and expensive) had unfortunately been collected by the wrong carrier and that it would be delayed whilst they recovered the item. 2 items received the following day, unfortunately it took a further 4 days to recover the lost item, but then delivered the next day (the following Wednesday), I would have preferred to have received it the same day as the other items. But good work informing me of the error.”
