“The item (a lens) was competitively priced and carefully packed: and Wilkinsons's dispatch of it was prompt. Unfortunately their couriers (Parcel Force) then either failed to attempt to deliver it or didn't bother to leave any card notifying me they had tried--moreover their tracking number did not work. However when I inquired of Wilkinsons as to what had happened they were extremely helpful in tracing the item and enabling me to retrieve it from Parcel Force's depot. I'm pleased with the lens and was impressed with Wilkinson's service. I would certainly recommend them.”

Delivery was very good and the shipping was adjusted to avoid the package being in a delivery depot over the Easter weekend which made total sense to me. “bought on line and camera was quickly dispatched , I paid for next day delivery when I ordered it on thursday night ,and was notified that it was despatched friday morning,unfortnatly it was sent royal mail and did not arrive untill monday dinner time so was in the post office wharehouse over the weekend,so my rateing has to take a knock”

Various dealers had used versions, Wilinson had the best price and promised good condition. Came quickly after buying it, immaculately packed and the camera is in brilliant condition, almost entirely unmarked. Excellent service.”
