“Great Product Great Service”

Helpful Report

Hi Don, Thank you for your review and for choosing us for your LED requirements. Best wishes, Raj

“Bought these to replace 10w 12v Halogen lights in Caravan, 3 sections of 3 lights, all fitted perfectly but I forgot to allow for the wattage drop on the existing transformers ( 20 watt minimum) , so have to get an LED 3 w driver for each section , just a point for future purchases. Though the initial outlay is a bit expensive, these are the lights that are on most so should be worth it in the end, total of 9 watts instead of 90 watts !”

Helpful Report

Hi James, All the lights that we provide are worth it as they are all LED’s which effectively is the best solution for using up to 90% less energy. Hope you have managed to get the drivers that you require, if you need any further assistance please call our dedicated customer support team who will be happy to assist you with this. Kind regards, Vishal

“Excellent service, very helpful when I phoned with a question. Easy to navigate website. The LED T5 tubes are a great product. However same problem as everyone comments the cable supplied is too short.”

Helpful Report

Hi Paul, Thanks for the positive feedback! Our service is second to none and we always aim to provide the best service where possible. The T5’s are indeed great as they are a direct replacement for the existing fluorescent tubes. The cable that is supplied comes as standard from the manufacturer hence it is short. Kind regards, George

“I opted for the 24 hr delivered but only half came on time the other half took 2 more days”

Helpful Report

Hi Jon-paul, From what I can see your order was opted for 24 hour delivery but you had made a change to your order shortly after placing it hence there was a delay in processing your order. If I could be of anymore assistance, Please don't hesistate to contact me, Kind regards, Wendy

“Really easy to install and look great.”

Hi Jamie, We are delighted to hear that the LED products have suited your needs! Regards, Nic

“Having changed about 20 GU10 to LED's supplied by your company, many of them packed up after a few months. some were replaced by you but as others failed you simply didnt reply or replace the defective bulbs. Ive since bought the same items much cheaper from Wilkos and other high Street shops. Funny but they are still working. I will buy from local companies in future.”

Helpful Report

Hi Mr Ralph, I'm disappointed to hear that you haven't had the best experience with these LED's. From time to time goods may fail due to unforeseen causes and I can only apologize about this. We always endeavour to replace defective bulbs as long as you are within your warranty period. Furthermore, bulbs purchased from many high street stores may seem to work for a while but on the long run when they do pack up which will result in leaving you out of pocket. We have an extended 5 year warranty in place which our customers love us for! Please don't hesitate to contact us if you require any further assistance. Kind regards, Raj

“Excellent LEDs, 12v 14w 2.7m strips, made up and ready to go, sticky backing so a doddle to install, 100w LED 12v transformers easy to wire, great looking light effect, quick delivery, not the cheapest around but made to measure and water resistant.”

Helpful Report

Hi Lee, Thanks for the positive feedback, We do provide the best LED's and we also provide an extended 5 year warranty hence our prices are slightly dear but effectively its good value for money and long lasting compared to other competitors in the market. Regards, Wendy

“I used the online store. I quickly found the bulbs I was looking for (dimmable G9 LED, not available in most online stores). The price is competitive as are the shipping costs. The goods were dispatched the same day with tracking number supplied by email and arrived in rural France 48hrs later! I'm delighted with the bulbs and with the service. I'm a lighting manufacturer - www.artwalllights.com - and will be recommending Wholesale LED Lights to all my clients. Many thanks.”

Helpful Report

Hi William, Thanks for your positive feedback! The G9's as a dimmable option is a rare one to find but we have been selling this for the past few months now with a great response! I had a look at your site and was very impressed with your custom wall lights. Look forward to more orders from you :-) Thanks Lucy
