“Products (LED flood lights) seem great but let down on the time these products took to arrive... With me having to call three times and the information /delivery dates I was given and promised not true to their word. The workmen fitting them waisting their time in the process as well... I understand lead times can cause problems but keeping the customer informed and promises not being stuck to, there is a lot on the customer service side that needs to improve before I could give anything higher than 3 stars as an overall score.”

“I would have preferred a little more communication. After placing my order I never received a confirmation email, only one telling me an account had been created for me. The website showed my item was in stock, but I heard nothing for 5 days. Fortunately, I could use the account that had been set up to check the order and this showed that the item I had ordered was on back order. Because of this confusion, I rang to check what was going on. My call was quickly answered and the handler confirmed that the item was not in stock, but due that day. This turned out to be true and I received a dispatch email that afternoon and the items the next day. Finally, I used the website 'contact us' link at the start of my order, as I had a question about the item, but that was never answered. I would use this site again. The prices are competitive and they have a good range of items. However, I would be disappointed if they don't sort out these communication glitches, because they take the shine off the service they provide.”

“Lights were good and delivered in reasonably good time, but there was no confirmation of purchase email - only one from Google certified shops. Called customer support to find out if they were on the way, very keen to help but they had difficulty finding the order which was on the way as it arrived the next day.”

“When ordering a cable specifically from an led tape supplier for led tape I expected it to have a reasonable diameter cores. As with thin cores you get voltage drop over short distances. The cable supplied was tiny and not fit for purpose at all”

Hi Mark, Our cable for the strip lights have been tested and can withstand up to 7m until voltage drop. the cable we supply on the cut lengths is 10cm and is free service, which we do not charge customer for. Kind Regards Reviews Team

“I have previously used Hafele to supply my LED lighting and when I came across your website I was surprised and a little dubious about your competitive prices. During the course of placing my order via the website I encountered a technical problem and the order wouldn't process. I called to place the order by phone and had the pleasure of dealing with Wendy. Wendy was extremely patient in dealing with my order (especially with my poor mobile signal), she was very reassuring about my concerns over paying twice and even prevented me ordering the wrong IR controller. The products I ordered were perfect for the job and Wendy is a credit to your business. I will definitely be coming back to place further orders. Well done.”
