“Excellent service, very helpful when I phoned with a question. Easy to navigate website. The LED T5 tubes are a great product. However same problem as everyone comments the cable supplied is too short.”

The T5’s are indeed great as they are a direct replacement for the existing fluorescent tubes. The cable that is supplied comes as standard from the manufacturer hence it is short. “Having changed about 20 GU10 to LED's supplied by your company, many of them packed up after a few months. some were replaced by you but as others failed you simply didnt reply or replace the defective bulbs. Ive since bought the same items much cheaper from Wilkos and other high Street shops. Funny but they are still working. I will buy from local companies in future.”

Hi Mr Ralph, I'm disappointed to hear that you haven't had the best experience with these LED's. From time to time goods may fail due to unforeseen causes and I can only apologize about this. We always endeavour to replace defective bulbs as long as you are within your warranty period. Furthermore, bulbs purchased from many high street stores may seem to work for a while but on the long run when they do pack up which will result in leaving you out of pocket. “Excellent LEDs, 12v 14w 2.7m strips, made up and ready to go, sticky backing so a doddle to install, 100w LED 12v transformers easy to wire, great looking light effect, quick delivery, not the cheapest around but made to measure and water resistant.”

“The purchase was easy but I paid extra for 24 hour delivery. What I wasn't made aware was you had to order it in as well. Can I suggest you let people know so they don't end up chasing you to find out where my delivery was.”

“I used the online store. I quickly found the bulbs I was looking for (dimmable G9 LED, not available in most online stores). The price is competitive as are the shipping costs. The goods were dispatched the same day with tracking number supplied by email and arrived in rural France 48hrs later! I'm delighted with the bulbs and with the service.
