“Ordered G9 LED lamps to replace high energy use G9's. The order arrived within a couple of weeks, after chasing up, part of the order the lamps did not work correctly. Following an email and call to WLED they agreed to a return of the faulty lamps. Since returning the lamps some weeks ago, they have not reimbursed me. I have followed up with an email, but still not reimbursed. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from WLED, the customer service is poor and the quality of lamps are also poor.( sorry my mistake should read very poor).”

Hi Stephen, We are sorry to hear that you haven't had the best experience with ourselves, with regards to the G9's, some of them come as a dimmable option and require varilight V pro dimmer switches which are compatible with them. When returning lamps to us we do advise customers to wait for 3 working days as stated on the returns form. “The led lights are ok but the 48hr delivery was 72hrs instead of stated”

“I couldn't find the bulbs I usually order on the site 9W GU10 but a quick phone call and the newer version was explained, so ordered those instead, they seem a sturdier bulb than the previous version. More lumens and a slightly wider spread. Easy website and quick delivery as usual. So more than happy all round. Many thanks again!”

“An excellent value for money light that works very well and was easy to install. The dusk to dawn sensor is very accurate. The bulb that I ordered for it produces a fantastic amount of white light that brightens up my driveway. I would highly recommend this product.”

“Specification good, and ideally suited as replacement in G4 Halogen spotlight lamps, with a 9 watt power saving per lamp. Performance is good, but too early to comment on longevity, and tolerance to transients in a boat power supply. Design appears appropriate, with provision for heat sinking and dissipation. Similar devices are difficult to find "off the shelf" but are available to the trade, but at a much higher price.”

“Bought these to replace 10w 12v Halogen lights in Caravan, 3 sections of 3 lights,all fitted perfectly but I forgot to allow for the wattage drop on the existing transformers ( 20 watt minimum) , so have to get an LED 3 w driver for each section , just a point for future purchases. Though the initial outlay is a bit expensive, these are the lights that are on most so should be worth it in the end, total of 9 watts instead of 90 watts !”

“Having changed about 20 GU10 to LED's supplied by your company, many of them packed up after a few months. some were replaced by you but as others failed you simply didnt reply or replace the defective bulbs. Ive since bought the same items much cheaper from Wilkos and other high Street shops. Funny but they are still working. I will buy from local companies in future.”

Hi Mr Ralph, I'm disappointed to hear that you haven't had the best experience with these LED's. From time to time goods may fail due to unforeseen causes and I can only apologize about this. We always endeavour to replace defective bulbs as long as you are within your warranty period. Furthermore, bulbs purchased from many high street stores may seem to work for a while but on the long run when they do pack up which will result in leaving you out of pocket.
