“I haven't received my order yet so this review just relates to the service rather than the products. I ordered some LED strip light extrusions via the website on 14th August. I received a confirmation email saying that the order was in process but heard nothing else for a week, so I emailed (no response) and called to chase. I was told my parts had been out of stock and had only been re-stocked the day before (slightly suspicious??). He said the order would be sent straight away. The chap on the phone was extremely helpful and apologetic, but in this day and age you expect to be told that items are out of stock when you order and to be kept up to speed with the progress of the order. The items should arrive tomorrow.”

“Apologies for not responding sooner but have only just fitted the lights. Ordering over the telephone was straight forward but when receiving the on line confirmation, not being an electrician I didn't understand the format of supply items, so had to telephone again for items to be explained. On receiving the goods I was very pleased and all now fitted and working. Many thanks and will make contact in the future should the need arise and recommend you to others. Regards J S Brown”

“We bought a product that turned out not to be in stock - had to call to find out. Then had to wait just over 3 weeks for new stock, which then had to be chased 4 times. Very pleasant for contact. Very good on price. Let down by supply issues. Great product now finally fitted.”

“This is the second time I have ordered LED lights from Wholesale lights replacing R63 spotlights. There has been a reduction in the electricity bill using LED lights. Therefore I had no hesitation in ordering some more for my office. As the service I got was so good I was happy to use Wholesale Lights again.”

“Everything about the service was excellent. There is just one aspect that I was very disappointed with. That is the fact that the bulbs that I ordered were advertised and sold as a replacement for a 50w Halogen bulb (even marked as 50w equivalent on the box). They are no where near as bright as the 50w bulbs they replaced. I would have sent them back but to be honest I am so busy at the moment that I just don't have the time and I can manage with the light they give us but it is far from satisfactory.
