“I searched the Internet for a suitable replacement bulb for my workshop fluorescent tube. I received this item and once fitted could not believe the improved lux levels. Worth every penny and super fast delivery.”

“Problems with some of the 20 lamps I originally purchased (LED failure and discolouration). This type has since been discontinued, and has been replaced with an updated model. As my original purchase was covered by the 5-year warranty, they were replaced with the updated model. The customer service department were friendly and listened to my problems, excellent service. The new model lamps look fine and fit better than the original, but they have only been in use for a short time so it is too early to make a comment. These new lamps are also covered by the 5-year warranty so you cannot go wrong. In my opinion, not many companies provide this level of customer service.”

“Cons: LED strips are charged for by the metre, but if you request for the strip to be cut to a specific length, the left over strip is not delivered unless you specifically request it during order stage. When I raised a request to manager for left over strip after receiving the delivery, he refused to provide it. Pros: Customer service was very helpful during order submission stage. Delivery was on time (I had paid for next day), products are good value.”

“Hi, only quite pleased. The extrusion was not parallel so the diffuser got so far down the channel and baulked. Chamfering the front of the plastic enabled the completion of the job but it would have been nice to know someone had tried that before packing the faulty goods. And additionally, picky this, the diffuser is so thin and the led's so bright its hardly worth the trouble. Better luck next time! WLL did fine by price and delivery, it's the product that's needing a rethink.”

“Have tried many different GU10 bulbs but the cool white and 120 angle ones the best, also save on electric. The wholesale company offered a good price but also gave me 20% discount off which was great. Goods where with me within 2 days, no complaints would use them again.”
