“Although I originally tried to order through your website there seemed to be a problem so I had to phone and place my order over the phone. Was very pleased with customer service I received and my order arrived within 2 days so I was very impressed will buy these lights again however have found another website where the identical bulbs are much cheaper!!”

“It's hard to find LED bulbs that are direct replacements for incandescent ones, but these fit the bill exactly. The 6w bulbs are just as bright as the 60w they replaced, they dim nicely, and, amazingly, they actually look quite beautiful in a chandelier as well. I am very pleased with them. They arrived on time and well packaged.”

“Tried 3 of these and found them to be very well made and that they gave a good bright light so ordered a further 7. Most of them were used to replace GU10 and MR16 halogens and they are a big improvement. They are easy to fit. Recommended.”

“The call taking was informative. seemed to know what he was talking about and was very helpful. This is why I went with them. what wasn't helpful is: When product arrived, there were no instructions on wiring (had to call up) No battery in remote! I wired up to test the lights. no power. The nearest shop that would sell that type of battery is over 15 miles away which would mean a 30 mile round trip for me. I have to buy online and wait a few days. I am glad I didn't shelve out for a speedy delivery. I couldn't get the free gift (a wifi plug) to work. I was told that I could extend the warranty on the lights from 2 to 5 years. there was no information with deliver. As the lights are going to be beneath glass and difficult to get to, this was quite important to me.”
