“Have tried many different GU10 bulbs but the cool white and 120 angle ones the best, also save on electric. The wholesale company offered a good price but also gave me 20% discount off which was great. Goods where with me within 2 days, no complaints would use them again.”

“When ordering I had expected 72 hour delivery. After one week my order status was still just showing "processing". On making contact (via the chat line) I learned that the item had not yet been received by WLED. Eventually I received the item 10 days after ordering. This service is 'OK' but my experience would have been enhanced if you had proactively told me that there was a delay.”

“The 20 watt 1500 mm fluorescent equivalent is neat and works. It would be helpful if there was an installation manual with it. A it is narrower than the 58 watt fluorescent it replaces a white plastic backing strip would cover the mark on the ceiling once the original is removed. I connected the supplied wired plug to a 5 amp round pin plug and socket. I hope to mount the socket in the ceiling near one end of the LED lamp. The mounting clips need flat topped screws which could be supplied.”

“I am very impressed with the service and quality of the bulbs. The 5 years warranty is amazing. I previously purchased LED GU10 bulbs from Philips. They only lasted over 1 year. The package said 5 years but when I complained they said that was only an estimated time and not a guarantee. I will NOT be purchasing Philips again.”

“Excellent service. I ordered the correct bulb size but they did no look right with my fittings. Returned them and ordered a new size. No quibble and new bulbs were sent without question. Needless to say I am totally satisfied and would recommend this company without hesitation.”

“Website very easy to use, product good price. I haven't received the item yet so cannot comment on the quality. The reason I haven't received it is that the post office put a card through my door saying the item was too big to put through the letterbox. The Post Office have a habit of doing this. The items are usually not even in the postman's bag. So you are paying for an incomplete service who do not deliver to your customer and require them to attend the local sorting office to collect. There are many companies offering a cheaper and better service. You may want to consider who you use to dispatch items.”

“Excellent service, placed order for 4 LED E14 lamps late Wednesday night and they turned up first thing Friday morning. Lamps were 3.5 watt and in the 3000 colour and work very well in my front room. Being the person that orders 100s of lamps for work, so I have a good idea of costs, the prices are very reasonable. I would happily recommend this company.”
