“Ordered on a Friday at 4pm and paid for a 24hr delivery and arrived on Tuesday afternoon!!”

“Website good but was not sure why the strip lights are not quoted by the metre. A quick call to the advice line soon sorted me out explaining that 5959smd equates to 1 metre and the quantity requested (i.e. 3) equates to 3 metres. Agent then went on to UPSELL me to include channels and diffusers VER HAPPY at this stage - let down by your chosen courier. Diffusers arrived Monday AM but still waiting for the lighting bits to go with them.”

“Have only given four stars for two reasons. 1. the product advice note enclosed was a little confusing as no mention of WholesaleLEDlights was given other than in the small, small printed e-mail address under Mirrorstone's order source. 2. Cannot comment on performance as awaiting installation. The order procedure, delivery within promised slot and packaging were all first class. Regards, Elwyn Thomas”

“POOR - I had ordered from you before but forgotten my password. The website said it would send me an e-mail reminder but didn't. I then tried to continue the purchase as a guest but the web-site refused to process my order as I wasn't a guest. Although unable to send me a password reminder as soon as I abandoned my attempt to buy I got an e-mail asking why. BETTER - This e-mail then offered me a discount to keep going with the purchase so after the weekend I phoned you and once I could speak to a real person everything was fine order taken, discount applied, bulbs delivered today as promised. Lesson here about modern technology, I think, especially when I found the password was the incredibly complex, difficult to hack 'password'! Why bother?”

“The candle / GU10 bulbs seem very good, the tubes are much better than the traditional tubes as they switch straight on and have no flickering before lighting up. All are giving a very bright quality light. I will look forward to seeing the drop in my electricity bill.”

“I ordered 2GU 10 lamp fittings. I think they are very smart. However, sadly one of them arrived broken. I informed a member of staff about this within one hour of receiving the items. I still need information from you on how to return the damaged item. Thank you”
