“Tom was very helpful and the order went through. I only received part of the order and on enquiring, was told that although the computer was showing the item that I ordered was in stock on checking with the stock room Tom was told that it was not in stock and would not be in until at least 20 Nov. I then cancelled this part of the order and am awaiting a refund. I stress Tom was very diligent and helpful.”

“Well, how can I put it? My goods haven't arrived yet! This is the day after you sent me the email asking for a review. Parcel Force don't have a good reputation with me as one of the only companies who can't find our address. My advice: have a go at Parcel Force 48 as they were apparently dispatched 2014 Nov 07 09:35:21 and it's now 2014 Nov 10 2235!”

“Can't understand why I have been using halogen bulbs all this time. Bought 14 x 3.3w led mirorstones at an excellent price on the Friday and they arrived on the following Monday. Excellent service and I shall be using them again to finish off the rest of the house. Very fresh white light compared to the 50w halogens. Work it out for yourself 14 x 3.3w against 14 x 50w. No brainer.”

“Good service but I spoke to somebody, don't know name, and asked what leads I needed and was told a RJ45 cable. when the product arrived, with one cable as ordered, it turns out it needs two RJ45 cables. Your staff should be able to get it right. Now I need to get another cable which is inconvenient and time is short. Can you send me one please?”

“The website was very comprehensive but I needed some further advise so contacted by phone. The operator was extremely helpful and offered some good advise. I was expecting the delivery in a few days but had to wait a week before delivery arrived. On the LED strip controller a terminal was broken but I was going to hard wire it anyway. Also the dimmable LED bulbs flicker when dimmed, not what I was expecting as they seem to be worse than the cheap LED NON dimmable bulbs I purchased off Ebay!”

“LED multi colour strip light array arrived after 2 weeks after order and several e-mails later. Initially it worked but the remote control failed after an hour! Checked using an infra red camera, no output from the remote. In the process of getting it changed. The remote selling regulations are a waste of time as the LEDs have already been stuck to the wall. heho!”

“Very pleased with the LED bulbs and fittings. My wife says they look just like the old 50W lights, which means they can stay. Slight delay before despatch but explained after I queried it. Delivery was fast. The invoice sent with the confirmation of despatch and with package differed from the one at time of order (higher), but lower amount charged. Thom was helpful explaining that there is a problem with this and it should not put anyone off ordering.”

“Website: a good range of products but I could not find bar lights via the menu - had to serach for it - so maybe navigation should be reviewed. On the phone: I didn't know exactly what I needed to connect up 4 bar lights. Reasonably prompt in reaching someone (can't remember name), who was then very helpful in meeting my order. I had to phone back after 2 weeks as I'd heard nothing. Spoke to George, who was also helpful in explaining that you'd been waiting for more connectors to come in. He assured me the order would be despatched shortly, which indeed it was. It would have been helpful if you'd let me know there would be a delay!”

“Brilliant! This Omni LED lamp not only looks good replacing the industrial style Edison Filament lamp I used previously but uses just 6 instead of 60Watts. It should last considerably longer too. I used the cheapest delivery option but it arrived just 2 days after ordering. Will certainly use again.”

“It took 2 weeks from order confirmation - 23/10/14 - to receive a despatch notice - 6/11/14 - advising the items were on their way (although as at todays date - 8/11/14 - they have not arrived. Also the tracking information provided was incorrect and I cannot track my delivery.”

“In short,this seller offered incorrect advice & information about this product. The product arrived with parts missing & other parts incompatible. The LED strip lights were extremely fiddly & frustrating to fit. After a long exuberating afternoon of attempting to fit the lighting & get them to actually work I annoyingly gave up.On discussing my concerns & frustrations with the seller they made no effort as to any solution or refund. Avoid at all costs!!”

“I phoned for advice initially and received friendly and helpful support. I subsequently purchased a 50w LED floodlight and some replacement MR16 LED bulbs. The paperwork was excellent with very prompt emails itemising the order and delivery. The goods arrived very quickly. I can highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again.”
