“30W PIR Motion Sensor LED Floodlight arrived five days after ordering - after chasing up. Sent in original cardboard carton with no packaging whatsoever and no instructions. Plastic outer bag badly torn. Surprisingly it works”

“Good Quality products. THE 30W Pir floodlight with a warm white colour is well made and I like permanently on function. The G9 48 led bulbs are quite large versus the halogens but are of good brightness and colour. One needs to be mindfull of the holder they are to be fitted to. In my case they are fine and the sizes aew accurate on the website. However the picture of them gives little indication of their size. I spoke to someone in the office about delivery and they were helpful and checked with dispatch in a very efficient manner. Plus there is a 5 year warranty which you activate by post but still a nice touch. I would deal with them again excellent company.”

“Spoke to Alex Palmer on Saturday Morning about there was no instructions in any of the boxes and the wrong colour lights where sent even though the boxes had the correct colour on them. Apart from that I am happy with the lights so far.”

I quickly found the items on the website, I called them to check that I was ordering the right items for what I wanted to do, the guy on then phone was very knowledgable and helpful, I completed the order online at 6PM and had the items in my hand at 1pm the following day. The products are good quality and look great. I highly recommend this company.”

“The mirrorstone 6w dimmable GU10s were recommended by a friend, he even let my try a couple out, I was convinced and ordered a set for my kitchen. 450watts has now dropped to 54watts and the light levels and colour are the same, my wife barely noticed the change. Fast delivery too.”

“Order R80 warm white LED lights by telephone. Advice and help on selecting product was courteous and efficient. The lamps were despatched the same day as ordered and received within 48 hrs. The lamps are brighter than the 75w bulbs they are replacing. I am glad I purchased the warm white as these are still not as 'warm' as the filament bulbs they are replacing and the 'natural' lamps would have been extremely clinlcal for use in living accomodation.”
