“Website was very easy to use and had very clear description of the LED bulbs, easy to order and my order arrived within 48 hrs. Have found the bulbs to be very bright (as described) and well worth the cost. They have made a very large difference to our kitchen. I cannot fault Wholesale Led Lights. Will definitely use Wholesale Led Lights again when I next change other bulbs for LED's.”

“The product (GU10 Satin Chrome fitting) is great. Excellent product & value. Delivery was a little slow (7 days) and the wrong quantity arrived. Person I spoke to on the phone was polite & efficient. Sorted in 5 mins. Despite the problems, I would order again.”

“The original lighting in our kitchen came from twin tube 36w slim fit fluorescent lamps and we purchased a Norte 6 folding wave spotlight system from Homebase; this was supplied with 6 of GU10 50w halogen flood lights which gave a warm adequate light but were prone to failure. I replaced them with GU10 4 watt but these turned out to be of a narrow beam width (15° or 30°), which gave totally inadequate lighting. This led on to the purchase of 6 of GU10 , 240v 3.3W LED bulbs from Wholesale LED Lights to replace the narrow beam lamps. Here the full description was available and I could select from the beam widths to get the required 120° beam width and my other half fitted them to her total satisfaction - the light value is back close to that of the fluorescent tubes but cheaper to run and much longer lasting. “Very prompt service and delivery. Product works well (although I would have preferred a 2700K bulb as 'warm white', rather than the 3000K). The only real complaint is having to register for a full 5 year guarantee. This was a pain - and why is it necessary? Either give everyone 5 years on a product or don't.”

“After setting up an account on your system I tried to purchase my selection of bulbs online but for some reason the system would not accept payment via PayPal. Contacted you by phone and spoke to Tom who was very helpful and sorted out my requirements. The price that I had come to online was £167.24 and when Tom worked it out he came to the same cost (this was with the xmas15 discount). I presume the points I would have got with the online purchase would have had some value? My parcel arrived promptly on the 20th Nov with all bulbs as requested, just a bit suprised that the invoice was for £172.16. Regards, Mel Talman”

“I have not received any products yet. Most companies that you order online the items arrive next day. I received nothing from your company so had to phone and find out when they were coming to be told some were out of stock. I was asked if I would like the others that I ordered which obviously I affirmed. That was 3 days ago and I am still waiting. You are quick on taking my money though for that I give you 5 points.
