“Ordered seven lights at the direction of the online chat advisor to find out that they were out of stock. No further comms since - now over a week later.”

“I'm not impressed, I ordered 2 LED bulbs following on from installing 3 others that I had previously purchased. You have taken my payment and then a day later sent ma an email stating that they are not in stock , no expected delivery date whatsoever. How long do I have to wait???”

“first order was brilliant order after that is where it went down hill had to wait over a month with new delivery dates been promised then when I received the bulb it had little glue hanging out of it ok I left it, the bulbs where dimmer than I expected. last order took weeks then ater I got order it was badly put together glue all over bulb and black stained finger prints on bulb- seller said well you have 5yr garrentee if it goes faulty but are they even safe to use they appear to of been made in a garden shed”

“Ordered 6 x (12v G4 15 SMD LED Disc 2.1W = 20W Halogen (210 Lumens)). Delivery all good but the didscs are too large to be an effective replacement for the halogen bulbs. I had to modify the fittings to use them at all and was unable to use them at all in other fillings. the product needs to be packaged to be smaller.”

Hi Phil, Thank you for your honest feedback. Unfortunately we don't have much control over the design of the bulbs. At the moment it is quite difficult to manufacture an LED bulb that is both as small as and as bright as a traditional halogen capsule. The components themselves are fairly large and usually several LEDs are required to achieve an equivalent light output. “Ok Website but poor service. Despite paying for fast delivery it took a week to turn up a colour changing bulb I ordered wont respond to the remote. Sent a contact us page email a week ago but no reply yet. No other way of contacting them online as the email for confirmation of order said do not reply...”

“We ordered the LED lights as the price was good. They were in stock when ordered but when we hadn't received them we had to chase to find out they were out of stock. They did arrive about 3 weeks after order and they work as described but we could have done with more detail in the description as we took a gable that the lights could be set to automatically switch between colours.”

“Ordered my LED lights on 18th december.Web site stated they were in stock . Late december after 2 phone calls was told there was no stock and they were waiting for orders and was told they would be sent out early January. I rang again before Januar and received very polite apologies and an asssurance that the would be sent out shortly...I finally received word that my parcel was shipped out on 2nd January. It arrived the 6th January. Almost half of the items were missing, the two GU 10s I ordered were to be cool white - I received warm white. I complained and asked for a refund for the missing items which was done promptly. Not good service - I could have bought the lot at a local store for a few pounds more and had them immediately. Jim”

“Lamps were OK but we didn't realise that they were not dimmable. My wife dimmed them on leaving the house and they both failed. When I spoke to the customer service rep there was no goodwill at all. I was prepared to buy 6 to replace all of the lamps in my kitchen but was given no assistance on the failed lamps. For the sake of a bit of goodwill they have lost one customer and I won't recommend them to any of my friends. It's a poor business decision not to give their customer service team some latitude in assisting customers.”

“My last order was a reorder from a previous order so the number was the same but the lamps are different in that the first order of lamps had a beam angle of 120 degrees but the second order had a beam angle of 60 degrees. This is not the first time that products with the same order number have not been the same. You seem to be good for lamps as long as there is no requirement to re-order them.”
