I placed this order in May, and was informed the order had been packed and dispatched only to be told later that the items were out of stock and had to be reordered,they arrived on 31st July a day after you sent an email saying now that my goods had arrived could I leave a review, we'll here it is,not very good is it. Having placed the order on 28th june complete with c/card details I still have NOT recieved my goods. Considering your web page offer of "quick dellvery" after 3 + weeks it is not very good. I did speak to someone on the phone and he was helpful but still no deliverey!!!!!

Hello Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. When you originally placed your order on the 28th June no payment was made, which meant we were unable to dispatch. We did try to contact you regarding this, but were unsuccessful. You eventually called on the 11th July and payment for the order was made. I will apologise for the delay, but without payment we were unable to send the items. The items have now been dispatched and should be with you either today or tomorrow. Ordering 10 candle bulbs and then receiving only 8 isn't good service. It needed two or three emails for the department to believe me & reluctantly forward 2 more. I have since returned a faulty one & still have n't received a replacement lloyd beaumont Order No. 100031143

Male and female adapters are very fragile , pin connectors bend easily . Had to cut and joint box 4/10 . Not impressed .

The range of lights and prices are very good. However, I was very disappointed that after carefully choosing the items I needed, ordering them, and paying the additional postage for next day delivery as I required them urgently, I received an email later that evening saying there would be a delay as they were out of stock. I phoned the next morning (Friday) to be told it woul be a 2-3 week delay on delivery. This meant it was then too late for me to order elsewhere for me to get them in time to install over the weekend. Ok, stocks do run out, but is it too much to expect stock availability details to be displayed on the website so people don't waste time and effort on fruitless errands? Order cancelled and items bought elsewhere. Not a good first experience with this company sadly.

Hmmm. A few chocolates in the package don't make up for some serious screw-ups. I paid for24-hour delivery, but the order was split into three (why?). The first package was delivered 48 hours later (24-hour?) and the second two were delivered 72 hours after the order. This disrupted scheduled work people. A major part of the order was mis-labelled as 7.2W/m instead of the ordered 14.4W/m. We've yet to see whether the mis-labelling was just that, or whether the wrong parts have been sent. Either way, I'm not impressed. Overall a disappointing experience. Add a few chocolates, but make sure you've got the order right first!

Hello Jeremy, Thank you for your honest feedback which is always helpful and please accept our apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused. I've taken a look into this matter and can explain why the order was split into three parts. Some of the items were not available for immediate dispatch from our warehouse so rather than wait for them to reach us from our supplier we arranged for them to be sent directly from the supplier to you. Also, the order had to be split as you had ordered some of the 1m aluminium profiles - due to their size and shape they have to be sent separately. Really you should have been informed of this arrangement, so I will apologise if you weren't. Unfortunately the delay is not as easy to explain - we have spoken to our courier regarding this and they are not able to give us a firm reason for why the items were delayed en route to you. All items were dispatched at the same time so ideally they should have reached you together. It is worth mentioning that the tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next day service and can occasionally take 2 days. Kind regards, Wholesale LED Lights
After brilliant sales advice all the help was undone, by misdelivery. I paid extra for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and was all but accused of being in error about the package having been delivered because the Post Office said it was - it wasn't. it was delieverd elsewhere (our postman confirmed this!!) But Wholesale LED reckon the Post Office don't make mistakes (they clearly do!) and because the Post Office said it was delivered, I am without my lighting and out of £86.99 for the privilage - I'm not happy!! I now think I know where the lighting is, (it was delivered at 9.20 am to a different address) but their offices are shut for 4 days (Bank Holiday) and despite being diagonally opposite our shop, they didnt even say they had received my package - whatever happened to friendly neighbours? Package will now arrive too late for the job it was bought for, thanks for the vote of trust Wholesale LED...not! If you pay for Tracked 24, it only means it will be delivered somewhere, you cannot find out where or who to, opt for a signed for service as Tracked 24 is clearly worthless!!

Hello Andrew, Thank you for your feedback. Let me being by apologising. We choose to use the tracked 24 service and we rarely have any problems with it, but very occasionally we are let down and your situation is exceptional. Our customer service advisers, in conjunction with Royal Mail, will have done everything they could to locate your parcel, but they are limited in what they can do once the item is marked as delivered. Ultimately the responsibility rests with the postman who has failed to notify you of the change in arrangements. This matter will be reviewed in our next company meeting and hopefully we can prevent this from ever happening again. As a side note, we have since received your items back and these will be processed for a full refund as per your request. Hopefully this won't deter you from considering us for future orders. Sadly when I tried to use the three bulbs, each one blew the circuit so I cannot use them

Item was out of stock so had to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. To be fair they did email me to advise of the delay but it would be easier to notify this at the point of ordering rather than a day later. Now I have the bulbs they seem to do the job. Slightly pinkish light rather than the horrible green you get with some leds. Brightness also seems okay and very similar size to a tungsten R63.

Too white! For a warm white lamp it's too white. Doesn't match or blend in with other lamps.

Hello Nick, Thank you for your honest feedback which is always helpful. By comparison our warm white LED bulbs will be whiter than the halogens you are replacing. This is because our warm white LEDs have a colour temperature of 3000K, whereas halogens have a colour temperature of 2700K. Unfortunately my order was late - I had to chase, then the strip light holder inside the very protective packaging is dented right in the middle most annoying but need to install so no time for change as tiler starting Monday. So juding on this experience won't be using again in a hurry. On line suppliers need to get everything right first time especially with first time users - so important as competition is extensive.

We have to allow a few extra days on top of normal delivery for these to reach use from our supplier before shipping them on to the customer. This is clearly stated on the website and an email is also sent to inform you of the delay, but we apologise if none of this was clear at the time of ordering. Regarding the damaged item, unfortunately we cannot always guarantee that items will reach our customers in perfect condition, although we do take every precaution possible to ensure that they do. Ordered 2 core cable from a picture which clearly shows a red and black wire coupled with a specification underneath with the words red and black wire ( which was exactly what I was looking for in order to keep some visual continuity with my wiring ), only to be delivered a 2 core wire with one completely white and one with white and a black stripe. Disappointing.

Had to wait way to long for delivery. Boxes items came in seemed old and damp, although items were in good condition. Won't be shopping here again.

With regards to the long delivery, some of the items you ordered are not held on shelf at our warehouse - they are ordered in from our supplier which can add up to 5 days on top of normal delivery. There is a disclaimer on the website notifying customers of this and we also send an email, but we apologise if this wasn't clear at the time of ordering. With regards to the packaging, we will be taking this matter up with the supplier. This isn't something we have direct control over, but hopefully we can identify where the problem lies and prevent it from happening in future. Ordering was easy and delivery was very timely... But the product arrived bent like a Banana. It was two one meter lengths of Aluchannel for LED lights, managed to straighten them but you need to review how you ship this stuff. That's all.

We usually send profiles in poster tubes so ensure this very thing doesn't happen - we are investigating why the profiles were packaged differently on this occasion and will be taking steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. When I placed the order it was not apparent that the item was out of stock. Nothing I saw during checkout or in the confirmation email alerted me that I would be waiting so long for the bulb to arrive. I am still waiting for it to reach me...
