“Love the lights they were easy to fit (could do with a longer electric cable) very easy to find and phoned the company about ordering them and received excellent advice - will order again and recommend to my friends. Delivery was longer than expected but then it was free. I went to the website to establish if the items had been dispatched but the only message was "processing", an email to say they were dispatched arrived and that made things better. Certainly a nice company to deal with.”

“Delivery performance was very poor. After a week I was given a new delivery promise which was not kept. Firstly the light fittings were out of stock and then the bulbs. The bulbs were substituted for a different type and the order eventually arrived after about 2 weeks. I had to do all the chasing. Never was I called to up-date me with progress. The invoice sent with goods was incorrect, showing the originally selected bulbs and not the replacement (as was this request for a review). The tracking system on the website did not work since it always showed "processing" even after the goods had been dispatched. The lights work well. I believe the hole in the ceiling should be slightly larger than the specified 65mm since several time when pushing the fitting through the hole the spring clip became detached from the fitting. I was promised a 15% Christmas discount but to date this has not been paid to my credit card account.”
