“Hi Wled. Just a thank you for the 5 led ceiling lights, came quickly and well packed ! These are replacing the juice hungry GU10 ( 7W cool white led now fitted.) and the kitchen has been transformed!! Like daylight and much, much, cheaper. Best regards, john Garman.”

“Received on date expected and well packaged. Converter does the job perfectly, we had great difficulty in sourcing the correct GU10 bulbs for our light fittings as they were mini fluorescents and an unusual size, they were also extremely difficult to install. Converting to SES fittings has solved both problems, we initially ordered one converter to see if a different type of bulb would sit right and look right in the fitting and found all to be satisfactory. We subsequently ordered 8 more converters so we could adapt all our fittings. Very pleased with the items and would recommend.”

“Ordered 24 hour delivery as I needed my purchase very urgent. After 4 days of waiting for my items I have contacted the shop (On Saturday morning) asking for explanation. I got reply on Monday with the person on email to say it was send the same day (Monday). I was disappointed and asked for cancellation for which I'm still waiting for refund (a week later). Awful first impression.”

“Where do I start. From the moment I placed the order it was a customers nightmare. No confirmation email, therefore no delivery details. I paid extra for next day delivery but they did not arrive. on 11/02 I emailed to ask why and got a message back stating they were a special order from the manufacturer as was stated on the website. That information was I discovered later buried among the delivery section and not with the actual item as it should have been. I then got an email to say they were leaving that day 11/02 which should have meant we should have received them on Friday 12/02. No!. I left it until Saturday pm before calling to be told - they have arrived here today. Excuse after excuse. The person said he would wipe out the extra charge and send them off first thing Monday to get to me by Tuesday 16th. I phoned to order an extra light. The original order was still there. I got yet more excuses one of which was that they had been recalled by the manufacturer as being the wrong light. By then I was so angry I ended the call and tried to source them elsewhere which I did but it cost me an extra £40.00. I called the company back and got through to refunds (Alex the sales Manager) who promised next day delivery. OK give them a chance. They arrived the next lunchtime - wrong lights. A clip on the side meant they would not go into the hole. I got an email saying can the electrician not make the hole bigger - no not when they are advertised to fit that size aperture. I emailed for a refund to be told after all that carry on that I would lose 15% as the manufacturer would charge them. They had told me on the Tuesday that they had 50 in stock!! I will never ever use this company again and would not recommend them”

“First time I have used the company and very pleased with service speed and product received. Obviously I will have to see how long the bulbs last, but so far, so good and definitely as advertised. I also found the pictorial guide of lightbulb needed very useful. Not always seen on some sites? As further bulbs are needed elsewhere around the house, I will certainly buy more from here. Top Tip: Buy enough to get yourself free postage.”

“The despatch was a little slow getting out of the door, the telephone salesman implied same day despatch, but it seemed to take 3 days to exit. Delivery was then good and the product looks good and functional. only time will tell. The two M4 screws that hold the body to the bracket are very small and fiddly to locate blind into the holes as the ends of the screws are flat onto a flat surface with no positive location. Considering the lamp will normally be fixed over-head and must be supported while holding the screw and driver, a risky procedure. Under 'Working at height' regs, you must keep one hand on the ladder! A longer screw with a reduced or point at the tip [ self-tap ] will locate more directly and provide support while juggling. WLED have not failed me yet.”
