“Very poor customer service. I pleaced my order over 2 weeks ago and paid for 48hours delivery and today I had to call and find out that the order was out of stock and thier supplier couldn't get it to them till end of March - this is a joke! If an item is out of stock, then don't sell it on your website or at least send your clients an email explaining the situation - and YES if you say " sorry we are very busy " than get more office staff and serve your clients better because you are wasting ppl time here!”

“I have received what I ordered. So far the LED G 9 style lights are working fine. The 3 W is a little less bright then the halogen that was in, I chose one that said it had 360 degree of light.The packaging was a small bubbled envelope, and the bulbs were each protected by a plastic case. There was an invoice that gave basic information but no mention is made as to where the lights are made, and little about the company Wled. The type of lighting is very different to anything I have had, so time will tell.”

“Order some Led tube lights to replace existing wonky florescent lights in garage. Wanted to add an extra tube after order already processed , rang & spoke to very helpful man who said no problems, will get extra tube added to package waiting to go. (sorry didn't get a name). Tubes arrived next day - excellent!. Tubes now fitted & we have brilliant light in garage. Thank you very much.”
