“The booking process was very easy and suggestions of the type of wheelchair were helpful. The delivery, explaination of the working, collection at the end of the hire was even easier. I have no hesitation of recommending Wheelfreedom - Excellent! Sue Joyce My husband is an amputee and he was delighted with the service recommended by our Social Services contact.”

“Wheelfreedom was a godsend: Smart people who know what they're doing and do it well. Their customer service is truly fantastic. We had a shipping problem that was not their fault, but they jumped through hoops to make it right, and since we were on holiday in England, it meant a lot. THANK YOU.”

“All staff on the phone were very friendly and helpful. The wheelchair arrived the next day within a 2 hr time slot and was easy to assemble. Following a fractured ankle with 4 weeks non weightbearing and a further 3 weeks in a cast with limited mobility the chair enabled family and friends to take me out of the house and even spend a weekend away. It was very easy to pack back in the box and return, again pick up was prompt within a 2 hr time slot. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of a temporary wheelchair.”

“I needed this wheelchair quickly, it was delivered when I was told the next day. It was in very good condition. We used it for one to 2 two weeks then did not need it. I rang it was picked up the next day when they said they were coming and a day later someone range to say they had recieved it. I was very impressed by the service and would recommed it”

“I was so impressed by this company! I had to hire a wheelchair for myself in a hurry after an accident and I was able to do it from my sofa! It felt so easy and responsive and undaunting. Very nice staff on the phone and just so straightforward to arrange, quick to arrive and very easy to have picked up. Good wheelchair too! My only criticism is that the handles were too low for a man of average height to push! Perhaps adjustable ones would be good? The picture below is of my ten year old son not an average height man! 😀”

“This is the second time I have used Wheel freedom and would recommend them very highly. From the first contact through to delivery of the wheelchair through to collection. Everything happened as planned. The chair was perfect too. Very easy to transport both in the car and on the plane. When pushing mum in the wheelchair it moved effortless and the bonus mum found it very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and assisted me in my choice. Their help and delivery etc happening as they promised took away the stress of having to arrange for a wheelchair in the first place. Can’t recommend this company highly enough. Keep up the good work and thank you 😀”

“It was very easy to speak to someone and arrange the hire of a rollator. The costs were very reasonable and it was delivered to me. I found it easy to unpack and use, and then to arrange collection again when I was done.”

“Excellent service. Wheelchair ordered over the phone speaking to a real person. No queue. Delivered next day. Wheelchair clean and in full working order with instructions. When no longer needed, a quick phone call (again no queue) and it was collected next day. Payment amended accordingly. No hesitation in recommending.”

“I needed a wheelchair quite urgently to be able to transport my 91year old mum to hospital. It also needed to be lightweight. Jake was super friendly and helpful and the chair was arrived within 24hrs. The collection of it also happened very efficiently - thank you Wheelfreedom!”

“I was recommended to wheel freedom by my social worker and found them to be most helpful when I made an enquiry. We discussed my needs and options for the different types of wheelchairs and came up with just what I wanted. The price for 2 weeks was very reasonable then to be VAT free due to my health conditions was great value. They were so easy to talk to on the phone and made information clear and simple for me. I ordered a wheelchair there and then and they said I would get it the next day (which It did). The delivery was on time but as the box was so heavy the driver carried it in to the flat and put it in a convienent space for me. The wheelchair was perfect and comfortable especially with the cushion, was great to be out in the fresh air being pushed down the village street looking in the shops. The wheelchair was easy to return, was packed up in the box it came in and all straps tightened up ready for collection. No problems with delivery return, coming to collect on time and with good customer service. Wheel freedom allowed me to get out and about outside. Their customer service was excellent and they sorted everything out so quickly and easily, would use wheel freedom again when required, really lovely company to hire from.”

“We Highly recommend this service. Delivery and collection were quick and easy and the high quality of the wheelchair meant a young person with additional needs was able to self propel feeling safe and secure. The wheelchair was spotlessly clean on delivery and in great condition and we were so happy to find the team were working between Christmas and new year meaning our young person had mobility when they needed it the most. Communication and organisation were very professional and efficient. Thank you to everyone on the team.”

“The wheelchair arrived the very next day after I ordered it. It was in lovely condition, easy to use, and foldable for storage. The wheelchair also was light and manageable to use, even my elderly mum could push me around. Payment for the wheelchair was within a reasonable amount and taken effortlessly by standing order. Additionally, the staff were a pleasure to talk to. I will deffinatly be recormemding Wheelfreedom to all.”
