“Very easy to rent, very helpful staff over the phone explained and booked the wheelchair for me. Very convenient delivery and return pickup. They even called and confirmed that wheelchair is received back. And most importantly, wheelchair I rented was in very good condition. Highly recommended them!!”

“Such a great service. ! Needed a wheelchair for a short holiday to help a person with limited mobility. Chair arrived on time in a huge but effective delivery box. The wheelchair as well as being sturdy was also compact and folded down really well. The reassurance of having a wheelchair that was serviced and ready for immediate use was perfect for our needs. Tyres inflated and everything in full working order . It was also comfortable. Collection was again so efficient. Highly recommend.”

“I hired a wheelchair from Wheelfreedom for my mother and had a really good experience. The chair was in great condition, comfortable, and easy to use. Delivery and pickup were smooth, and customer service was helpful throughout. Would definitely use them again if needed.”

“The whole hiring process - the delivery, payment setup, then later cancellation, and collection - all felt exceptionally quick and smooth. The rollator I was sent was the other one of the two mentioned in the text (not the one pictured on the hiring page), which I believe was a Rehasense 'Server' in black. It was a very good rollator and ideal for my needs. It looked and functioned as new - did not feel like a hire item. I wouldn't hesitate to hire from here again if needed, due to their excellent, fast national delivery service.”

“The service was great. I phoned when I knew I could not put my foot to the floor for 5 weeks and the chair arrived the next day. When I was given the all clear to walk on two feet again I called again and the chair was picked up the following day Thank you for the service”

“The booking process was very easy and suggestions of the type of wheelchair were helpful. The delivery, explaination of the working, collection at the end of the hire was even easier. I have no hesitation of recommending Wheelfreedom - Excellent! Sue Joyce My husband is an amputee and he was delighted with the service recommended by our Social Services contact.”

“All staff on the phone were very friendly and helpful. The wheelchair arrived the next day within a 2 hr time slot and was easy to assemble. Following a fractured ankle with 4 weeks non weightbearing and a further 3 weeks in a cast with limited mobility the chair enabled family and friends to take me out of the house and even spend a weekend away. It was very easy to pack back in the box and return, again pick up was prompt within a 2 hr time slot. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of a temporary wheelchair.”

“I needed this wheelchair quickly, it was delivered when I was told the next day. It was in very good condition. We used it for one to 2 two weeks then did not need it. I rang it was picked up the next day when they said they were coming and a day later someone range to say they had recieved it. I was very impressed by the service and would recommed it”

“I was so impressed by this company! I had to hire a wheelchair for myself in a hurry after an accident and I was able to do it from my sofa! It felt so easy and responsive and undaunting. Very nice staff on the phone and just so straightforward to arrange, quick to arrive and very easy to have picked up. Good wheelchair too! My only criticism is that the handles were too low for a man of average height to push! Perhaps adjustable ones would be good? The picture below is of my ten year old son not an average height man! 😀”
