“I was very impressed with this company the lady on the phone was so helpful and gave me advise on what wheelchair I would need when we had finished with the chair it was picked up the next day as promised that in its self is very good . Highly recommend this company”

“Service was efficient and punctual. The wheelchair was not in tip top condition, steering slightly off, and feet rest legs did not fit well, either to my feet or to the wheelchair itself.”

“I have used this service twice now and on both occasions the wheelchair has been delivered to a holiday cottage on a Saturday without any issues. It would be nice if collections could also be arranged for a Saturday as well. On both occasions the wheelchair had to be left until the following Monday and I had to rely on the holiday cottage owners being happy with this. However overall the service is very good and I would recommend them if you need to hire a wheelchair.”

“BRILLIANT. from the initial phone call and the service to the delivery and collection. Wheel chair was in perfect condition. Was light weight for getting in and out of the car and very comfortable. Made holidaying so easy.”

“We needed a short-term replacement wheelchair for an elderly relative whilst her chair was mended. Wheelfreedom were really helpful on the phone, the equipment was delivered quickly and was easy to unpack / pack, then collected efficiently. A very good service. Thank you.”
