“The collection and delivery service are superb and they are very quick to deliver within 24 hours so that part of the experience was very good - what was not good is that if you have got a broken limb and you are left to interpret the instructions to put the scooter together which took us about four hours - I was in agony the entire time - the directions were not clear at all and had I not had my daughter home from university then I would have NEVER been able to put together the scooter in a million years. The plastic handles came off very easily which could disrupt your balance when scootering and if you don't have good balance and a very smooth surface on which to operate (scooters don't really DO sidewalks and uneven surfaces which are lethal) the scooter trips up and I went flying over the handle bars once at East Croydon station - would not recommend for anyone over say 55 who wasn't fit and didn't have very good balance. The positive thing is that I could not have commuted to work for 10 weeks without it but you have to be on the ball and alert to use it for commuting - also the police tried to ticket me once on the train platform as one is not allowed to use anything like a scooter with wheels on the platform and when he asked me to get off of it and walk it like other cyclists.... I looked him pretty stern in the eye and said "ah, duh, I can't walk officer, which is WHY I'm on a scooter in the first place - my foot is broken duh" and he backed off right away as I continued.”

“Excellent service. Delivered very quickly and also picked up promptly too. I would definitely recommend. The wheelchair itself, which was the light folding one was very easy to use too and also easy to transport. It was very easy to push as well.”

“Great service and product. . I ordered my knee scooter at 4pm on the day I broke my ankle and received it before lunch the next day. The scooter was fantastic and immediately gave me back the mobility I had lost on crutches. With the scooter I was able to continue working which would otherwise have been impossible. I am now in a walking cast and no longer need the scooter. When I phoned to arrange pick up, the scooter was collected later the same day. I am so impressed by the tremendous customer service. Thank you. I am so glad to have had the scooter and would highly recommended it.”
