“Excellent service hired wheelchair for son's wedding and retained for another 2 weeks for hospital appointment made life so much easier . Would not hesitate to use this service again delivery and pick up within days . Thank you”

“Efficient service...next day delivery enabling a hospital bed to be freed up! Wheelchair spotlessly clean and "looked" new....even the tyres were pristine. Easy to self "drive". Collection was next day after connecting to take back. The wheelchair even had it's own box! Very impressed.”

“Amazing piece of kit - as I broke one ankle and badly sprained the other I was destined to be immobile for several weeks - but with this scooter I was back at work within a couple of weeks scooting around the office - everyone wanted a go and considered dead cool!! I was stopped in supermarkets and at my hospital and asked where I had found it by others who were struggling on crutches! Would most certainly recommend this scooter highly!”

“Decided to rent prior to buying. Four weeks renting enabled us to try a powered wheelchair out in full. During this hire period we took the chair on buses, trains, tubes and journeys our son would hope to make. Exceptionally helpful Director and support staff. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending. We have now purchased a powered wheelchair and our 20 year old son is enjoying his independence - brilliant. Thank you wheelfreedom”

“Prompt delivery following the placing of my order to hire a knee scooter. Had to make an initial enquiry following delivery and was very ably assisted by a very knowledgeable member of staff. The product itself was of great help to me following foot surgery as my foot was non-weightbearing and again when I telephoned to have the scooter returned after 6 weeks I received the same level of professionalism I had 6 weeks previously. A great service provided all round, many thanks to all concerned. Alan Mullen, Teddington”

“The service was excellent, delivered the next morning and collected when we had finished with the K9 that afternoon! K9 itself was a real blessing as it helped my husband be more independent, the only complaint is that on lino or wooden flooring the wheels were difficult to control, though on carpet it was excellent. When we went and saw the surgeon he was so impressed with the concept of the K9 he actually had bought one for the hospital, but this one had brakes which would have been better if my husband had to use it long term. Wheel freedom staff couldn't be more helpful and answered the phone instantly too, no long waits at any stage so would thoroughly recommend them.”
