“The alternator I ordered was the right one at the right price delivered when they said it would be the driver even phoned to tell me what time it would arrive and in the pack was all the information how to return the old alternator and a choice of places to be collected free of charge all in all I thought it was an excellent service.Tony Stoke on Trent.”

“Ordered Starter Motor for my Chrysler 300 and although not sure of part number, West Lancs assured me it would be OK. Swift delivery, and from the order to my part being fitted was 5 days. Very satisfied customer and I would have no hesitation in using you guys again”

“Needed a starter motor for a Briggs and Stratton industrial V twin engine. It was a weekend. Left emails with a few dealers. West Lancs AER were first to respond on the Sunday and their prices were half what one retailer quoted me. The service was fast, communications excellent. They deserve to do well and I for one would not hesitate to use them again if I needed electrical parts!!!!!”

“I requested a replacement alternator for a Jaguar XJS 30 years old, the replacement arrive the next day. It was a perfect match to the original alternator for the vehicle. (I have not yet been able to start the vehicle to ensure everything is working, as I was supplied the incorrect battery most annoying having supplied all the details of the vehicle.(Not like West Lancs Auto Electrics)”

“Ordered my starter motor on the 25th October and received 26th October. Received prompt answer to my initial request. Going to be fitting the part on Friday. Extremely happy with the service received from West Lancs Auto...would definitely recommend.”
