“I needed an alternator for my 1999 BMW Z3. I called my local BMW dealer. They quoted me over £600.00 with a two week wait for delivery. My dealing with you was so fast efficient and uncomplicated. I could not believe the cost.£ 135.00!! I ordered it yesterday and it arrived well packaged today. Thank you so much for a fantastic service.”

“Ordered Saturday morning, arrived weds afternoon. Seems to be working well at the moment although this is still day 1. The ordering process was smooth and quick. Delivery was much slower than I expected which was both disappointing and inconvenient. there was no tracking info, which caused me to wait in all day Tuesday for it not to arrive until weds, however, to be fair I contacted West Lancs to chase it both Tuesday and Wednesday and they were quick to get back to me having chased it on my behalf both times. The delay caused me to check out reviews on trust pilot, I came across some of which were a little more concerning than on here but other than timescale I have had no problems so far. I would use them again if I needed to order Mon to Thurs but I'd be inclined to pay a little extra and use the auto factors for speed if it was over the weekend as it appears the sales line is open 7 days a week but they don't seem to despatch over the weekend and do not appear to use next day service when they do. Perhaps not such a big deal if you are not waiting for the part to get your daily drive back on the road.”
