“I requested a replacement alternator for a Jaguar XJS 30 years old, the replacement arrive the next day. It was a perfect match to the original alternator for the vehicle. (I have not yet been able to start the vehicle to ensure everything is working, as I was supplied the incorrect battery most annoying having supplied all the details of the vehicle.(Not like West Lancs Auto Electrics)”

“Ordered my starter motor on the 25th October and received 26th October. Received prompt answer to my initial request. Going to be fitting the part on Friday. Extremely happy with the service received from West Lancs Auto...would definitely recommend.”

“When I made my first enquiry, West Lancs Auto handled my order faster than a Usain Bolt 100 metre sprint ! They delivered on everything they promised. I was unsure and skeptical about ordering a refurbished starter motor online so I was really happy ( and surprised ) with the speed of service and the ease for me to return the old item. Brilliant company which left me dead chuffed. I would order from them again and tell my mates to use their service.”

Hi Philip It is unfortunate when deliveries do not go as planned, but as you are well aware the Order was sent out from us on the Thursday for a Friday delivery. Due to unforseen circumstances with the courier this did not happen, but as the unit was delivered to you before nine on monday morning we trust you were still able to keep your appointment with the garage for fitting.
