“This, our third time of using West Lancs, has been no different in terms of excellence. Obviously helpful if you have as much detail as possible regarding your application, and get on to them before the carriers depart in the afternoon if you want it next day - if you help them to help you navigate through the phenomenal number and types of starters etc., they are fantastic. Very busy company, typically Lancastrian economy of speech, could come across as brusque to sensitive souls, but 100% supportive, even when we sent back a unit for warranty and found out it was a faulty diagnosis on our part and there was nothing wrong with it they were still polite!”

“Very easy to get what I needed, but little hiccup with delivery. The first part was faulty but the delivery of the new one works out swiftly. Would recommend.”

“Ordered an alternator for a BMW 525d (E60) exhibiting multiple issues: such as, pulsating headlights, random warning messages about multiple systems, brief intermittent radio silences, and rough running. West Lancs' price was the best I could find, short of buying a used alternator from a breakers yard. The supplied alternator is working perfectly and has transformed the behaviour of my car. Thanks.”
