“The team at wed2b were super friendly and relaxed from entering the store. Alice, in particular, was brilliant from start to finish. She took on board my initial thoughts and preferences, then tailored dress options around them. She was SUPER patient with me, even through my indecisiveness! I couldn’t have faulted her at all. I left with a dress I hadn’t expected to, but absolutely love. Thanks to the team, Lauren who aided final decision-making and Alice for her kindness and endless patience along the way!”

“I had an excellent experience at wed2be. I was being helped by Em and she was brilliant, she made me feel so comfortable trying on dresses, took everything I said into consideration when picking out dresses for me and helped me find my perfect dress!”

“I had the best experience I was incredibly nervous and worried and Caitlyn made me feel at ease and was utterly brilliant. Everything I asked for she helped me with and with every change she was ready and I said yes to the dress. Caitlyn made it such a brilliant experience and such an asset to the team. “I visited WED2B today to try and find a wedding dress. After a horrendous experience at another off the peg store, the ladies at WED2B completely turned everything around and gave me the most amazing experience. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I got to say yes to the most perfect dress! Changing rooms were spacious and Beth and Lauren were so helpful in helping me get in and out of dresses etc. The shop was immaculate and all dresses were well taken care off with no marks, damage or anything else that other off the peg shops may have. Would highly recommend a visit if your in search of your dress, I entered the shop flustered and stressed after the experience of just had and left grinning from ear to ear with a beautiful dress!”

“I'd just like to say thank you so much to Tilly and the team at wed2b Wrexham. First impressions walking into the shop, just wow, walking past so many choices of wedding dresses to the spacious dressing rooms, Tilly welcomed us, sat down with me to understand what I was looking for. She came back with a few dresses which were absolutely stunning but not quite right for me, we refined what I thought I'd like in a little more detail, I showed Tilly a couple of photos of the style of dress I'd been looking at and she had a spark of brilliance and came back with the most amazing dress for me, I tried it on and absolutely fell in love. Tilly also helped me with adding other features I wanted such as straps and a veil. As this was the first time I'd tried on dresses and only the 2nd shop I'd visited, I was nervous committing to the dress, Tilly was so patient with me, there was absolutely no pressure from her or the team to buy there and then, they just have me honest advice. I ultimately decided to buy the dress and I'm absolutely in love, not only that but the prices are so affordable for such stunning dresses. So I'd love to say a heartfelt thank you to Tilly and the sales manager (I'm so sorry I didn't take your name) I would happily recommend you to future brides 😊”

“I was served by Caitlin at Milton Keynes head quarters. She was absolutely amazing! Spoke to me about everything, informed me of things, asked what I wanted. Asked my family what they would like to see me in, listened to every detail I spoke about, found my dress by dress 4!! She went above and beyond to make me feel amazing, secure and confident. Did not push anything on me, allowed me to speak about what I liked and didn't like, and did everything she could to get me THAT dress. 🤍 15th March 2025”
