“I had the beautiful Noma assist me with picking my dress. Noma listened to what I wanted and then picked out a beautiful dress when I gave her full reins... she was professional yet friendly and warm and couldn't of asked for anybody better she was amazing”

“I visited the Southampton WED2B Store on Wednesday 6th March 2025 and Lily was my bridal consultant. The whole experience from start to end was fantastic, Lilly was so helpful and knowledgeable and put me at ease from the very beginning. Such a wonderful experience of purchasing my wedding dress and I’d highly recommend the store to others! Thank you again.”

“The Service in the leeds store was wonderful, I came by myself and everybody made me feel welcome and reduced my anxiety surrounding the dress picking experience. Would definitely recommend to other brides. Amelia who served me was attentive and helped me find my dream dress. The experience wouldn’t have been the same without her !”

“What a wonderfully,Fabulous Service! I have already highly recommended Wed2B Drumcondra and specifically Emily S., to anyone I know and I will continue to do so. Not only are the staff highly professional and knowledgeable but all of the team were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. My daughter bought her perfect wedding dress and veil with the help of Emily S and her colleagues. Everyone in the store was happy to help and more importantly they asked the right questions and they listened. Wed2B demonstrated all that a bride could dream her experience of wedding dress shopping could be. My daughter, her sisters and myself were welcomed, made feel at home, we were provided with all the information even the extremely helpful full package price (very economical) so that we could comfortably and confidently look at a range of options, with everything taken in to account, there were no hidden extras. We were professionally shown styles, fabrics, lengths and shades. My daughter's personality, her theme for the wedding, the colour of the bridesmaids dresses were all considered, even down to the professionalism of Emily S asking perfectly poised questions to allow my daughter to imagine the day and the way she wanted to feel. Having chosen her dress we were given professional wedding dress care advice and we were given the appropriate care packages - all included in the cost- to store the entire ensemble before the big day. I highly recommend Wed2b to any bride who wants to wedding dress shop at an affordable price with an experience that feels like a million dollars.”

“Said yes to the dress after my 2nd visit to the Bolton store......all staff really friendly and helpful... .didn't feel rushed....could try on as many dresses as I wanted.... definitely worth a visit”

“Just be very careful read there terms and conditions as they like to rip you of by saying no refunds only exchange and double check the dress as the one I had was dirty didn't notice till I got home and hung it up marks round arms fake tan round neck and dirt on the bottom of dress took it back no other dress the same so asked for refund they said no till my partner came in and told them there term and conditions are not law and I had only had the dress a day wanted me to ring there customer service no that's there job not mine after a bit more arguing by very bad shop assistant she phoned them only to come back and say you can have a full refund but leave the shop your not welcome just goes to show when it's law they have no leg to stand on so resort to asking us to leave . If you go to a wed2be check there terms and conditions check your dress very carefully as its not brand new there words were its of the peg I will leave you to guess what that means 😉”

“I’ve had the best experience at the store in Swindon, I can’t fault the customer service I had from Naurin. She’s lovely, very friendly, really kind, respectful and very patient. I was so nervous and she could see, so she made my friend and I feel at ease about this whole experience. She was not rushy, she walked me around the store offering to choose dresses and asked about styles I wanted to try”
