“Erg leuk geholpen. Het was steenkoud binnen. Mensen die ik mee had zeurde enorm omdat ze geen koffie kregen maar water konden tappen wat er voor zorgde dat ik als aanstaande bruid me echt niet op m'n gemak voelde dat ze het niet zo naar hun zin hadden in het begin omdat het concept goedkoop is wat natuurlijk zo is. Verder ontzettend leuk en goed geholpen erg blij met m'n jurk !”

“Beth was brilliant, she made me feel at ease straight away, and I did buy my dress 😁 great place, one down side is it feels very rushed due to 4 dress max/ 1 hour 30 mins but other than no complaints”

“Ich fand die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Tipp für die Inneneinrichtung wäre noch, weniger Umkleiden und dafür mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ich denke dass es sowieso schwierig ist die Umkleiden alle zu verbuchen auch aufgrund von Personalmangel bei 8 Umkleiden, so dass in jeder jemand ist aber wenn es soweit wäre hätten ja zudem nicht alle eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Deswegen könnten man ja theoretisch eine Wand mit Umkleiden entfernen und dafür mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten und eventuell kleine Tische mit Snacks und Drinks einbauen.”

“Ich habe heute mein Brautkleid in Bielefeld gefunden und wurde von Bianca und Ceyda auf dem Weg dahin gut begleitet. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Beide waren sehr authentisch und bemüht meine Interessen aufzugreifen, um das Passende zu finden. Nach kurzer Zeit hatten beide ein Gefühl dafür, welcher Stil mir zusagt. Danke, für die gute Beratung!”

“Maribel did a good job in showing me what the possibilities are for a wedding dress as I did not had a clue what kind of style I wanted. She gave me good and profession advise and was very patient. I did not choose a dress yet but I know at least know what I am looking for.”

“Livia in Manchester provided us with fantastic service. She was extremely welcoming and understood what I was looking for straight away. I tried on a number of dresses and figured out what I like/dont like which is exactly what I needed. Lady on the door (we didn’t get the name) put us off completely however - being told I have to be ready to buy as soon as i try on the first dress because it will be gone as soon as i leave was unnecessary. There’s other ways of saying we only have one of each dress without coming across mega pushy and putting a lot of pressure on having to pick a dress on that visit.”

“The team were fantastic, very helpful and supportive, really very lovely and enjoyed being there. But, I was shocked at the end with the nearly £200 extra for storage etc, nowhere was it mentioned so it was shocking when you come to you for ‘cheaper’ dresses. That needs to be made clear sooner.”

“I found my experience at the Surbiton very pleasant. I had 2 appointments at that branch, and they helped me find what dresses suited me from the inspiration I had taken from their website. I bought the Sidonie dress, veil with floral details that matched the dress and hair clip. I ended up finding the dress I wanted was different to my first initial ideas. I opted to go with one box and had the veil wrapped in their packing paper wrap. I have to mark down my review because we also purchased a dress hanger and garment bag which when we got home was not in the box. Called the shop the same day as purchase, they said we could go back to the shop and get those missed items, which wasn’t very fair as it was a mistake on their part when packing up the order. We got refunded for the missing items which was appreciated but disappointing that it was missed when the purchase was made and got charged for those two items. Overall, I think Wed2B is a great place to purchase your bridal and bridal party wear when you are on a budget.”

“Whilst you don’t get the same welcome as you would with a smaller bridal store (where you set up appointments), I was very impressed with the selection, knowledge of the colleagues, and my designated advisor, Livia! I couldn’t fault Livia - she introduced herself, explained how everything worked, helped me into dresses, was talkative, gave great advice, wasn’t pushy, and brought a great spirit to make us excited about the situation. Thank you so much!”

“Die Beraterin war sehr nett, für mich persönlich leider zu wenig Auswahl im Stil der Brautkleider und nicht wirklich was für Brautjungfern vorhanden(bei denen die Qualität auch nicht hochwertig aussieht). Preise aber top und der Laden ist sehr angenehm und stilvoll eingerichtet.”
