“Ich habe mich heute mit den beiden jungen Damen als meine Beraterinnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich habe mich durch beide sehr gut beraten gefühlt und sie beide sind richtig gut auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Es hat mir viel Spaß mit euch beiden und meinen Mädels zusammen gemacht. :)”

“Sehr liebe und geduldige Mitarbeiterin. Ich war bereits zum 2. Mal zur Anprobe da und habe diesmal mein Kleid gefunden. Ich bin allerdings kein entscheidungsfreudiger Mensch, sodass ich meine Favoriten sicherlich 3mal hin und her gewechselt habe und auch beim Schleier sehr unsicher war. Das hat die Mitarbeiterin wirklich sehr geduldig mit gemacht und mir durch ihre Ruhe Sicherheit gegeben. Wirklich toller Service. Gewünscht hätte ich mir ein paar Getränke und Snacks für alle und auch einen Sekt zum Anstoßen nach dem Kauf. Das war leider nicht dabei. Aber gut, man muss bedenken, wir sind hier in einem Outlett. ;-)”

“As Mother of the Bride I absolutely loved being part of the whole experience with my daughter and her entourage. Amy was absolutely amazing. So thoughtful, helpful and excellent at her job.She made my daughter feel so special and nothing was too much trouble. I cried tears of happiness as my daughter said Yes to the dress'. “It was such a wonderful experience at wed2be Arnhem. I just had my first initial look and wasn’t exactly sure which kind of dress I would like. Cassie was so helpful and made the experience so joyful. We found 3 dresses that I’d love to go back and try on a second time.”

“I went to the shop just to have an idea of what dress would suit me, but came home with the perfect dress! :) The team was great (Thanks Marijn!), we felt welcomed and they listened to all things that we disliked or liked about each dress to find 'the one'! As they don't do alterations themselves, they did give me a list of recommended ones around the area which is really helpful. Definitely recommend to visit them if you are looking for a wedding dress!”

“Olympia was very friendly and helpful in finding the right style for me. And I was very happy with the dress I purchased. However… Having visited the store on a very busy Saturday, (a couple of the staff said they hadn’t seen it this busy before) made the experience less enjoyable. There was nowhere to sit and wait, we were told not to look through the dresses until the consultation and couldn’t leave the store so maybe a toilet should be provided. My daughter in law, who was with me, said the selection of dresses in the Norwich store had been substantially reduced as well as the size of the store Overall, I think the queue system should be reviewed so the customer experience improves”

“Hinckley store had a great variety right from the beginning Mollie was amazing friendly and willing to put up with my indecisiveness. Thank you so much unfortunately when I went back she was not there and didn't get the official sale but deserved the credit. I was a little disappointed that you had to purchase a hanger (especially as it wasn't even a satin hanger just the normal wooden ones) in addition to having to purchase a bag when the dresses all seem to have a sleeve when being tried on!”
