Whilst you don’t get the same welcome as you would with a smaller bridal store (where you set up appointments), I was very impressed with the selection, knowledge of the colleagues, and my designated advisor, Livia! I couldn’t fault Livia - she introduced herself, explained how everything worked, helped me into dresses, was talkative, gave great advice, wasn’t pushy, and brought a great spirit to make us excited about the situation.
