Livia in Manchester provided us with fantastic service. She was extremely welcoming and understood what I was looking for straight away. I tried on a number of dresses and figured out what I like/dont like which is exactly what I needed. Lady on the door (we didn’t get the name) put us off completely however - being told I have to be ready to buy as soon as i try on the first dress because it will be gone as soon as i leave was unnecessary. There’s other ways of saying we only have one of each dress without coming across mega pushy and putting a lot of pressure on having to pick a dress on that visit.
