“I had Rylie helping me today choose my wedding dress today, she was amazing. I have to say that she was amazing, she listened to everything I said and she made sure I was happy with my choice. I picked up my dress and I didn’t even imagine I would ever pick that dress, but she was so helpful and understanding that she made everything so easy. Definitely recommend this place with my eyes closed. Thank you!!”

“My whole Wed2be experience has been nothing but a nightmare. I found the staff in Gateshead unfriendly and impatient. I was told on numerous occasions I was dress blind and didn’t know what I was looking for. I did eventually find my dream dress by visiting the Middlesbrough store. The staff were totally different and could not have been nicer. They went above and beyond for me. I cannot praise them enough. The 1 star is for Gateshead but I would definitely give 5 stars to Middlesbrough.”

“Sally was amazing with me on my visit to the store . At the start I felt out of my comfort zone but Sally made me feel comfortable and realexed and I enjoyed every minute of this great experience ☺️ Sally listened to me and did give great advise too . Sally really lifted me up , 5 stars to her . Very happy. Cant believe how beautiful my wedding dress is 😍”

“It’s not often that I ask if there’s a way for me to provide unsolicited positive feedback, but this is genuinely the case today. I telephoned customer service for assistance and received first class support from Jess O. who went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, following it up with an email afterwards. “Came in to the Northampton store today, very shy and anxious as a plus size bride and didn’t have high hopes that I would find one that suited my body, Sadie was AMAZING and I instantly felt so much better, tried on a couple dresses that I had in mind but ended up not really feeling them, tried on a dress that is the complete opposite to what I asked for and I instantly fell in love! I said YES to the dress!! Sadie was lovely and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, I can’t wait to return to look at bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses!”
