“Cannot fault my experience with wed2b. From contacting head office to going to the store in Leeds has been a wonderful experience! The staff in the Leeds store were so welcoming! Lily and Mary were so friendly and informative. I was served by Lily and she made me feel at ease and she was hands on making my vision come to life. I wasn’t rushed and felt like a priority 🥰. So glad and happy that I was able to say yes to the dress in this store!”

“Had the loveliest experience in Wed2b Rotherham and Layla was absolutely fab with me. She listened to what I was looking for and got it absolutely right. She made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the process and didn't rush me at any point. I have a lot to thank her for in helping me find the dress for me!! 😊 I would highly recommend to anyone!!”

“Visited the Southampton store with my mum on Saturday to try styles on for the first time. Yaz was fantastic, so patient and I honestly couldn't ask for a better first experience trying on gowns. Brilliant customer service and made me feel so at ease, even if I didn't find the 'one' this time. Will be back just to have Yaz help me again.”

“I cannot thank you enough. Aylsia thank you for making my dreams come true. I was so anxious before and now I feel like a real bride. You made me laugh and knew the vision I had. I felt so supported and not taken advantage (as some bridal places are just there for the sale and not finding your dream dress). You worked with my budget and found me EXACTLY what I wanted. “Had a lovely experience at WED2B, guided by Kim, who was so warm and gentle throughout the process. She started by asking about my preferences and walked me through everything step by step, which made me feel really comfortable. The best part is that if you love a dress, you can buy it off the rack right away — no long wait times. To my surprise, the very first dress I tried on completely won me over! The staff were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely made the whole visit feel special. Kim even gave me the sweetest handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more memorable. The only thing to note is that WED2B doesn’t do alterations in-house. However, they do recommend trusted tailors and write down what might need to be done, which is still really helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommend visiting if you’re dress shopping! 👗✨”
