“WED2B staffs customer service was flawless, when arriving at the Camberley store I was greeted by a lady called Grace she was very friendly and also very knowledgeable about the dresses and how the store operates. When trying on the different dresses she encouraged me to try on different styles which I thought was a great idea. Grace not only took her time helping me put on the dress correctly but gave fab idea as to what can compliment the dress and small improvements that I might like. All the ladies in the store were approachable/ their customer service was 5* and myself and the bridal party were very impressed with our experience. I would also like to comment on the customer service team over the telephone, i spoke to a very happy, polite and professional lady called Liv. She not only went above and beyond to reassure me on one of my queries but asked me other questions which I hadn’t thought of yet which will most definitely benefit in the long run! I would highly recommend this wedding shop to all friends and family, thank you again.”

“Thought we would pop in just for a look and walked away with a stunning dress after a first class service from Denise! She was unbelievably accurate with her choices and hit the jackpot with dress number 1. So pleased we chose this store and would highly recommend it if you’re looking for your dream dress without the fuss. All the staff were helpful and genuinely friendly. Thank you”

“After having a disappointing experience else where I came here very disheartened however, from the moment I walked in I instantly felt reassured and understood. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and Lily did a fantastic job helping getting dressed / undressed. Nothing was too much for her. I would 100% recommend wed2be! Absolutely fantastic!!”
