“Had a great day with the Edinburgh Wed2B team in Edinburgh. Danielle was absolutely brilliant and instantly put me at ease. She took time to understand what I had in mind, brought out some excellent suggestions and was so patient. Her knowledge of the range of dresses and what alterations could be done was really helpful. Danielle also offered ideas for accessories. All the team in store were great, really friendly and great to get more ideas and opinions. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“I came to the shop today and was looked after by Beth. She was lovely, polite, very welcoming, made me feel like we were good friends so it put me at ease straight away. She explained what we were going to do to find my perfect dress. I felt like she listened to me in what I would like and not like in a dress, what my concerns were and ideas of what I was looking for. The second dress she chose for me, I just fell in love with and felt it was THE one. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Such a lovely and professional woman. My wedding is 5 weeks away so I am so happy we found my perfect dress today all thanks to Beth. Thank you”

“Ruby was absolutely incredible during my visit today! It was my first time wedding dress shopping & Ruby made me feel so relaxed and made the experience really enjoyable. The choices Ruby had picked out were really good, she knew my style and they all suited me well, there wasn’t one I didn’t like. We finally decided to say yes to one of the dresses which I still can’t believe being the 5th dress I had tried on. I am so thankful for Rubys help! We went to another wedding dress shop after, TDR Bridal, to get the more luxury experience& the experience was not a touch on Ruby, I would definitely recommend others to visit! Thank-you so much x”

“I had an amazing time at Wed2be Leeds today with my mum. I had researched a lot of dresses online and tried some on in other places so I felt I knew what I wanted. We tried on the favourite dress from a previous visit Matera and even though I still loved we found it was quite a heavy ball gown dress and I felt I wanted something lighter. So Enya our lady found Alber for us and when I tried it on I knew it was the one. With some added sleeves and hoop skirt we made the dress my dream dress without the weight of a ball gown for my summer wedding. I can't thank Enya and the staff enough for the amazing experience we had today.”

“WED2B staffs customer service was flawless, when arriving at the Camberley store I was greeted by a lady called Grace she was very friendly and also very knowledgeable about the dresses and how the store operates. When trying on the different dresses she encouraged me to try on different styles which I thought was a great idea. Grace not only took her time helping me put on the dress correctly but gave fab idea as to what can compliment the dress and small improvements that I might like. All the ladies in the store were approachable/ their customer service was 5* and myself and the bridal party were very impressed with our experience. I would also like to comment on the customer service team over the telephone, i spoke to a very happy, polite and professional lady called Liv. She not only went above and beyond to reassure me on one of my queries but asked me other questions which I hadn’t thought of yet which will most definitely benefit in the long run! I would highly recommend this wedding shop to all friends and family, thank you again.”
