“What a brilliantly welcoming and expert team! The women were on-hand from the moment I walked in the store. They made me feel so comfortable, were incredibly attentive and chose dresses that really complimented my figure and made me feel special. I had the best experience and felt like a princess. It’s made me so much more excited for the big day! I would like to especially thank Supreesha, Shaeline, Yazmin and Rachelle (apologies if I’ve spelt this incorrectly!).”

“Customer service was excellent and everybody was very helpful. There was good communication about the process, including the wait time on the day. There was a good selection of dresses to look at and try. My personal assistant, Grace, was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.”

“The staff have been amazing and so welcoming from the second we walked through the door. Martha was fantastic with helping me get clarity on what suited me, listened to how I felt in the dresses and made amazing recommendations to help find the one for me. “My experience at WED2B was amazing. I had to wait for an hour and a half when I arrived as all the ladies were busy with customers but we were informed from the minute we arrived and kept updated with the progress of moving up the queue. When it was my turn Cecile was amazing! She made me feel special, asked me questions what I thought I wanted and got some of the dresses I had liked but also gave me ones I wouldn’t have thought about. I was not rushed when it was my turn and was made to feel like a princess trying on around 10-12 dresses, we had a laugh putting on the dresses and she explained to myself and my family with me exactly what look we were going for with the dresses. I had a feeling with one particular dress but could not make the decision to say yes and walked away empty handed wondering if I had done the right thing, there was no pressure on the day to buy and I left feeling happy with my experience. Well come the evening I had a rough nights sleep and couldn’t get the dress off my mind and the next morning I arrived for when they opened where I tried on the first dress again and knew that was the dress meant for me wit Cecile again. All the ladies are really friendly and welcoming in store, I was not rushed and Cecile made the experience even more relaxing and special then I would and could have ever imagined. Cannot thank her enough for her help.”

“I loved my experience in the Gateshead store. I had the pleasure of Becs helping me and she was so friendly, warm and made me feel so comfortable. She helped me pick out the perfect dress in line with my likes and dislikes, and also provided helpful suggestions on different styles and materials which led me to finding the one. All staff members were so friendly and encouraging, and made the experience comfortable. It didn't feel like I was time pressured, and I didn't feel like saying no and trying more dresses was an inconvenience! Overall, 10/10 experience, I can't thank Becs and the team enough!!”

“I loved my experience at wed2be in Exeter. I was pretty nervous going in because I'd only started dress shopping that day but a friend recommended wed2be to me and I am very glad she did. My consultant was Jade and she was AMAZING - she put me right at ease and kept the good vibes and laughter going throughout my appointment; she was the perfect hype woman and really listened to what I was looking for so I managed to come away with my perfect dress! Would definitely recommend wed2be!”

“Josie was a great help and a reasurring presence throughout the whole experience. It was my first time trying on dresses, and I found my dress on the third try! She really listened to my preferences, and I felt completely at ease trying them on. Would 100% recommend the dresses and Wed2B experience, all staff were very welcoming and friendly.”

“Oh my Lord, I don’t even know where to start! Today was my FIRST ever try on day and I said YES to my dress! Lauren was absolutely AMAZING! She was like my spirit human! You picked out some incredibly beautiful dresses after I gave you a very specific breakdown of my dream dress, but I just didn’t feel like I found the ONE, then I asked you for a wildcard dress and WOW you blew my mind I could never have left the store without saying yes! I can’t thank you enough for finding my dress!! Honestly if you knew me before you would have probably picked a different customer, but you done the most amazing job at making me feel like a real princess, and even though I fell poorly towards the end of my appointment you truly made me feel like I was the only person in the salon and I fell head over heals in love with my dress! I can’t wait to share photos of my day! Thank you thank you thank you!!”
